Əhəmiyyətli nəşrlərə 'Cultural Determinants and Grammatical Outcomes in the Azerbaijani: An Analysis of Sociolinguistic Influence on Turkic Grammar' (2025) və Azərbaycan dilində terminoloji lüğətin inkişafı ilə bağlı bir sıra əsərlər daxildir. Language is a human phenomenon that combines mental, social and cultural life. Mentally, it is characterized by cognitive, comparative, and generalization processes. From a social point of view, a person is not alone in society. The communication he receives and gives takes place through language. Language is a mirror, a treasure, a cultural generalization. It reflects not only the real world that surrounds a person, but also people's social consciousness, mentality, national character, way of life, customs, traditions, morals, value system, attitude and worldview. Cultural values are also preserved in vocabulary, grammar, idioms, proverbs, folklore, fiction and scientific literature, written and oral forms of speech. In addition, language facilitates a person's adaptation to the environment, helps to correctly assess objects, events and relationships, helps to recognize objects in the surrounding world, classify them and sort information about them.

This article is about of the process of transliteration in adopting terms in the Azerbaijani language. There have been shown some examples about transliteration in the Azerbaijan language from English language. The aim of transcription is one: to complete the exact opposite of the word in original as the process of translating. But transliteration has more wide coverage than that one. It consists original recording of the items, their pronunciation at the same time pronunciation and writing in accordance with the laws of the adopted language. In this case, it is affected to the pronunciation of the word in accordance with the rules of pronunciation of translated language. Transliteration is used when the languages have different graphics system, but in transliteration letters or graphics units of these languages can be able to adapt to each other. To make possible to implement the transformation process between languages is accordance with the relevant conformances.

Тенденции развития терминологии напрямую связаны с быстрым развитием науки и техники, информатики и компьютерных технологий. Тенденции развития современной терминологии азербайджанского языка делятся на две части, включая внутренние и внешние ресурсы. На азербайджанском языке терминологическая база для различных областей науки была сформирована на основе ее национальных слов и международной терминологии, взятых из русского и европейского языков. Однако научно-технический прогресс, развитие общественно-политической жизни оказывают влияние на непрерывное изменение и развитие терминологических систем. Поэтому важно внимательно следить за изменениями, которые происходят в терминологии, и правильно управлять развитием терминологии. Таким образом, фундаментальные изменения происходят в годы независимости словаря азербайджанского языка. Это в первую очередь связано с прямой связью азербайджанского языка с другими мировыми языками. Потому что научно-технический прогресс и развитие общественно-политической жизни постоянно влияют на терминологию и развитие терминологических систем.
