Concepts play a key role in terminology from the point of view of linguistic designations. Thus, terminology is based on the organization of the concept, to the multidimensionality of terminological units and and focuses on semantic and syntactic information using a multilingual corpus. One of the most important issues in terminology is determining the structure of the categories of specific scientific concepts. Terms are expressions that arise in thinking and are formed according to the rules of language. They differ from other speech expressions because they belong to specific fields. These language units belonging to special fields are mainly used in the scientific or technical field. They appear with special complex nominal forms. The terms are analyzed from a cognitive aspect along with a linguistic analysis. The terms used in scientific texts serve to transfer specialized (information related to any field) communication and knowledge. Thus, terms are linguistic units of a special field formed in the mind.

Language is a means of communication, which forms interpersonal communication, reflects the level of education of a person and forms his ability to speak. Language forms society's ability to speak well and performs an advertising function in all spheres. The relationship between language and human culture becomes clear in the process of communication. In the process of communication, the elements of language reveal what is hidden behind the speaker's thoughts. In general, it becomes clear from the views of scientists that the unity of language and culture determines the level of development of society. Appropriate and correct use of all elements of language improves the level of communication. The language of each nation and the national-cultural values to which it belongs are indicators of its national identity. Thus, the formation of language, culture and correct communication is an indicator of the mentality of the nation.

The main thing is that language units do not arise randomly and are processed after they are formed in the human mind. The word is a product of the human brain. Особое внимание уделяется связи, существующей между интонацией и смыслом предложения, которая делает ее одним из важнейщих факторов коммуникации. В статье под прагматической функцией интонации понимается ее способность реализовывать коммуникативные намерения в соответствии с данным социолингвистическим контекстом.В рамках прагматического подхода языковые средства рассматриваются как потенциальные носители прагматической информации. Интонация, являясь смыслоразличительным средством языка, выполняет прагматическую функцию, выражает речевую интенцию говорящего, воздействуя на партнера по общению. Теснейщая связь, существующая между интонацией и смыслом предложения, делает ее одним из важнейщих факторов коммуникации. По мнению ФЯ Вейсялли,«изучение интонации представляет большой интерес не только для лингвистики, но и для других отраслей науки, которые занимаются проблемами передачи и принятия информации, автоматическим распознаванием речи и т. д.»[1, c. 11]. In recent years, the study of speech from a psycholinguistic perspective has become one of the most pressing issues in the field of linguistics. Psycholinguistics studies the perception and acquisition of speech. The relationship between language and society is indisputable, that is, the historical development of society is displayed in language, the metamorphoses of language are manifested in society. The study of second language acquisition is one of the main problems facing linguistics. İn this article examines the intonation of text (in English) from a psycholinguistic perspective, where intonation or stress is analyzed as a phonetic tool that deciphers the essence of speech and reveals the main word. Intonation allows people to understand each other in the spoken language. The article uses auditory-perceptual experiments and their methods to clarify theoretical ideas. The main innovation of the Perceptual Experiment is the study, for the first time, of the level of perception of intonation features through audio text by recipients learning English in a bilingual audience. The article deals with the theoretical basis of the auditory-perceptual experiment, its organization, methods, stages. The article used psycholinguistics and perception methods, comparison, observation, probability and statistical analysis, audience analysis methods. Based on the results of auditory-perception analysis, it can be concluded that some of the receivers assessed the spoken texts as emotional (nervous, excited, tired, anxious, etc.) intonation. The interest in the study of the tone features of intonation is explained by the fact that the speaker can consciously realise it in important segments in terms of the meaning, which form the centre of the syntagma and where the other parts are located around it. The study of the semantic structure of tone within the constituent functions of intonation reveals the deep meaning realised in the text.
