Rasim Heydərov filologiya üzrə fəlsəfə doktoru, dosentdir və Azərbaycan Milli Elmlər Akademiyasının Nəsimi adına Dilçilik İnstitutunun Təhsil şöbəsində şöbə müdiri vəzifəsində fəaliyyət göstərir. Elmmetrik göstəricilərə görə, Google Scholar-də 38 elmi nəşri, 12 ümumi sitatı, h-index 2 və i10-index 0 var; bu, onun elmi təsirinin nisbətən orta səviyyədə olduğunu və nəşrlərinin əsasən yerli kontekstdə fəaliyyət göstərdiyini göstərir. Nəşr dinamikası uzunmüddətli elmi məhsuldarlığı əks etdirir, lakin beynəlxalq görünürlük məhduddur, çünki sitatlar əsasən Azərbaycan dilində və regional jurnallarda yayımlanmış işlərə istinad edir. AMEA DərgiPark-dakı 1 nəşr institusional elmi fəaliyyətini tamamlayır. The article examines the methods and computer programs for experimental phonetics. Studies of experimental phonetics give more accurate results and for this reason it is interesting for many researchers in various scientific fields. This article is up-to-date because the materials and methods of experimental phonetics presented here are considered from the point of view of digital technology, which is the most relevant area of the present. The purpose of our study is to analyze computer programs for phonetic studies using the example of studies already made by various researchers. During the research when analyzing scientific work with the software such as PRAAT and Speech analyzer, we focus on descriptive and comparative descriptive methods. Summing up the results, the article notes that at the moment experimental phonetics reached a new level thanks to computer technologies. The materials of this study may be interesting for young phoneticists and linguists, as the newest source of information in this area.

The principal objective is to identify the principal changes occurring in language as a consequence of the influence of digital technologies and social media, and to assess their impact on language culture and communication. The article provides a comprehensive overview of the Internet’impact on language, encompassing both positive and negative aspects of this impact. The positive effects include the enrichment of the lexicon, accelerated dissemination of information, and the creation of new forms of communication. Conversely, the negative effects include the simplification of language, the loss of cultural and linguistic features, and the spread of misinformation. Specific focus is given to contemporary trends and developments in online communication, which contribute to the formation of novel communicative norms and etiquette. In this article music, one of the unique pieces has been studied as the means of expression of national values and folk thought in the conceptual system. Talking about Azerbaijani culture and Azerbaijani music, “mugham” that has a matchless importance and value mass is especially highlighted. Mugham’s being accepted as a concept and being studied is one of the main objectives of conceptual linguistics. However, though up to the contemporary period, mugham has been studied in terms of structure and internal consistency and from philosophical, national and some several other aspects in the countries such as Azerbaijan, Turkey, Russia, Ukraine, Arabia, Germany and Iran, it still hasn’t been investigated as a linguistic fact. From this point of view, mugham has been approached in a conceptual way in our research, its all-verbal base has been explained as a means of expression of Azerbaijani thinking. That is to say, mugham has been explored as a part of cultural thinking and all the internal structure of a mugham dastgāh has been interpreted from lexical and semantic aspects. It is worth pointing out that mugham has been involved in the research in a broad sense in this article. And each of the mugham dastgāhs is a topic of separate studies.
