Təbriz Ağaşov Azərbaycan Milli Elmlər Akademiyasının Akademik Ziya Bünyadov adına Şərqşünaslıq İnstitutunun Elektron xidmətlər şöbəsində mühəndis-proqramçı vəzifəsində çalışır. Onun elmi fəaliyyəti növbəti nəsil simsiz rabitə texnologiyaları, xüsusilə 5G və 6G şəbəkələrində optik rabitə, mobil rabitə sistemləri, LoRaWAN şəbəkələri və şəbəkə təhlükəsizliyi sahələrinə yönəlmişdir. Tədqiqat istiqamətləri tədricən formalaşaraq, simsiz şəbəkələrin inkişafı, təhlükəsizlik məsələləri və məlumat ötürülməsi texnologiyalarını əhatə edən geniş spektri əhatə edir.
Əsas və aktual elmi əsərləri arasında 'Wireless optical communication technologies in 5G and 6G network infrastructure: problems and solutions' (2025) və 'Wireless mobile communication systems: current status, application fields and challenges' (2024) məqalələri xüsusi diqqət çəkir. Bu məqalələr müvafiq olaraq 5G/6G şəbəkələrində simsiz optik rabitə texnologiyalarının problemlərini və həll yollarını, həmçinin mobil rabitə sistemlərinin müasir vəziyyətini, tətbiq sahələrini və çətinliklərini təhlil edir, elmi yenilik və praktik əhəmiyyət daşıyır. Digər məqalələrdə 6G texnologiyalarının perspektivləri, LoRaWAN şəbəkələrində təhlükəsizlik və məlumat ötürülməsi arxitekturası, eləcə də Wi-Fi şəbəkələrində təhlükəsizlik məsələləri araşdırılır.
Elmi nəşrləri beynəlxalq indeksli jurnallarda, konfrans materiallarında və elmi bazalarda dərc olunub. Google Scholar elmmetrik göstəricilərinə əsasən, onun 6 elmi məqaləsi, 2 istinadı, h-index: 1 və i10-index: 0 göstəriciləri qeyd olunur. Elmi dərəcə və elmi adı yoxdur. Vəzifəsi mühəndis-proqramçıdır və Azərbaycan Milli Elmlər Akademiyasının Akademik Ziya Bünyadov adına Şərqşünaslıq İnstitutunun Elektron xidmətlər şöbəsində fəaliyyət göstərir.

The article broadly examines the importance of choosing a wireless data transmission technology in 5G and 6G networks with speeds exceeding 1 Gbit/s, the methods and advantages of technological solutions applied in this area, and also conducts a comparative analysis of various approaches in order to increase efficiency in accordance with the increasing data transmission requirements of the modern era. Scientific research conducted in this area reveals serious problems related to the existing technological shortcomings of the data transmission method using radio waves, in particular, the limited ability to meet the requirements for high-volume data transmission, as well as the impossibility of effective use of radio communication channels in 5G and 6G networks due to technological and physical limitations. These problems are mainly related to the lack of sufficient spectrum resources, increased electromagnetic interference, and signal attenuation over space and time. Consequently, the continuous development of communication technologies and the search for alternative methods remain a priority for solving urgent problems in this field. In this regard, the article describes the features, main characteristics and requirements of new generation mobile networks (5G/6G). The classification of wireless optical communication technologies, their physical characteristics, working principle and comparative analysis with other wireless technologies are reviewed. The article analyzes the current state of mobile communication systems, and highlights development perspectives from the past to the present, vulnerabilities in security systems and application fields. At the same time, it provides information about the possible threats that may occur during an attack on the data entering the network from intelligent devices. For many years, numerous research centers have been conducting intensive research on the direct communication between various devices through mobile communication systems. These studies are realized to manage mobile communication systems and computers, mobile devices and other equipment. Therefore, special attention is paid to the development of mobile communication systems both in Azerbaijan and in the world, and it is considered one of the most promising fields of application of information technologies. The article also provides information about the fifth-generation mobile communication system, which is a new generation of wireless network technology for digital mobile networks. The results of research conducted on the fifth-generation mobile communication system in the world and the technological innovations to be brought to the healthcare and energy fields, agriculture, smart cities, smart villages and transport sectors are reported.
