When analyzing globalization in the postmodern discourse, the subject of discussion to a greater extent is the question of the correlation of globalization with postmodernization, and not with post-modernism, that is, the procedural manifestation of this situation and its economic indicators. In present period fluctuations between accentuation of originality and globalization of contemporaneity are observed. Today with consolidating globalization the strengthening of localization is observed. Globalization on the basis of «universal-local» dichotomy carries out also function of an increment of local to the universal. Globalization is characterized as transformation of cultural codes of societies into the purposes which are necessary to reach. This tension between identity and modernity in non-Western contexts takes on a more attention-grabbing character and dramatic form.

Modern philosophy takes an active part in working out and realization of dialogical forms of mutual understanding. It falls outside the limits negation or search of the general bases and is di-rected on understanding through variety by virtue of search of the semantic bases for it. The matter is that the philosophical culture implicitly contains dialogue. The interrelation of culture and philos-ophy is caused also by what the philosophy creates a platform for realization and activation of dia-logue. Postmodernism as a new style of thinking and outlook dictates the understanding of dialogue which acts as its immanent characteristic. It is possible to see dialogue of premodern, modern, and postmodern in postmodern as their coexistence is considered characteristic feature of postmodern. The problem of revealing of the intermediary between Own and Other is brought up to date during the dialogue. The consciousness as the means, which is carrying out philosophical communication, forms a new type of the thinking, peculiar characteristic of the modern epoch. In the conditions of postmodern this mentality is expressed in polythinking and multiculturalism. All it brings up to date the dialogical nature of postmodern and cultural pluralism. And it attracts attention to the communi-cative culture.

Сегодня во многих обществах создались условия для возникновения постмодернистской парадигмы. Существенные различия эволюции западных и незападных обществ обусловливают разнообразие предпосылок возникновения постмодернистской ситуации, то есть сегодня мы можем говорить о субъективности характера восприятия постмодерна в западных и незападных странах, равно как и вариативности в зависимости от мировоззренческих и историко-культурных предпосылок возникновения постмодернизма, его философской основы. Ряд тенденций в современном турецком обществе в частности наблюдаемые сегодня в турецком обществе фрагментация, дестабилизация, антисистематичность, эклектизм, распад социума, как его следствие дифференциация образов жизни, стилей жизни, проблема «инаковости», символические репрезентации, многообразие идентичностей, религиозное возрождение, на наш взгляд, может быть охарактеризован в постмодернистском ключе и отнесен к проявлениям «социального постмодерна», что также перекликается с постмодернизмом, предлагающим локальную трактовку социальности. The intellectual-spiritual realities of a modern life cause reconsideration of the modernist theories and practices, including those in a postmodern situation as well. If Orientalism is the critique of modernity, it can be rather considered in a postmodern discourse. New phenomena of global politics, changing moods of mind and cultural discourses again make Orientalism a topical subject. The East has always meant contrast for the West. Yet has it always meant the same? One should particularly note herein a philosophic approach to the problem is necessary instead of the usual and conventional political one, which mostly expresses a unilateral traditional characteristic of Orientalism and interprets it accordingly. There is an opinion Orientalism makes up a paradigm to study non-European histories and cultures using approaches coming after structuralism and postmodernism. As modernized, the East meets/clashes the West while there is no such an opposition in postmodernism, but is co-existence, which echoes the opposition characteristics of Orientalism, unlike the traditional one. At the same time, when analyzing orientalists' works, we often see not a unilateral, but a synthesized approach eg in those by Turkish one, Hamdi. In any case, many panels by orientalist artists represent combinations which follow a well-known postmodernist motto, both that and the other, unlike the modern world's modernist logic, either that or this.

Modern philosophy takes an active part in working out and realization of dialogical forms of mutual understanding. It falls outside the limits negation or search of the general bases and is di-rected on understanding through variety by virtue of search of the semantic bases for it. The matter is that the philosophical culture implicitly contains dialogue. The interrelation of culture and philos-ophy is caused also by what the philosophy creates a platform for realization and activation of dia-logue. Postmodernism as a new style of thinking and outlook dictates the understanding of dialogue which acts as its immanent characteristic. It is possible to see dialogue of premodern, modern, and postmodern in postmodern as their coexistence is considered characteristic feature of postmodern. The problem of revealing of the intermediary between Own and Other is brought up to date during the dialogue. The consciousness as the means, which is carrying out philosophical communication, forms a new type of the thinking, peculiar characteristic of the modern epoch. In the conditions of postmodern this mentality is expressed in polythinking and multiculturalism. All it brings up to date the dialogical nature of postmodern and cultural pluralism. And it attracts attention to the communi-cative culture.
