Dr. Leyla Huseynova is a leading researcher and associate professor at the Department of Aliyev Studies, Institute of History and Ethnology named after Abbasgulu Agha Bakikhanov. She holds a PhD in History. Dr. Huseynova's scientific activity is directed towards the fields of public service, entrepreneurship, and economic development. There is an increase in digital educational resources all over the world. However, what is the weight of the business of digital education products in GDP and how this business affects GDP growth? The paucity of literature on the relationship between digital educational products and GDP calls for a thorough study of this relationship. The article is devoted to an analysis of the relationship between digital educational products and GDP. This is one of the problems with the development of the digital economy. Our main research hypothesis is to find the level of connection between digital educational products (resources) and GDP, as well as the level of influence of qualitative and quantitative factors on this connection. It should be noted that the absence of many statistical data during the analysis made our work difficult, and many factors are of a qualitative or fuzzy nature. Based on such indicators, econometric models are not suitable for determining the dependence of a factor on other parameters. The study used the statistical data of Azerbaijan for 2010-2020. The fuzzy output logic method was implemented in the MATLAB software package. It was revealed that digital educational products affect the growth of the GDP and the balanced development of the country. To determine the influence of these factors on motivation, we used statistical data on wages and dividend payments. As qualitative indicators are used, they include career growth, the availability of additional education, the possibility of creativity, and the microclimate in the team. Given these indicators, the method of fuzzy logic inference is described. Measures were taken to ensure the development of agriculture in the regions and further improve its infrastructure. The main objectives of the research are to identify legal, economic and institutional mechanisms for creating a favorable business environment in the agricultural sector. In the article, the author uses statistical data for comparison and analysis. Grouping methods are used. The performance indicators of agricultural enterprises, the relationship between income and expenses, the degree of productivity is analyzed. The potential and factors of the development of the agricultural sector, resource security, possible risks are considered. The article identifies the problems that arise in the process of agricultural management. This study examines the mechanisms of state regulation to increase productivity, reduce costs and maximize profits in the agricultural sector of Azerbaijan. Considering the differences in production and consumption of agricultural products, the author identifies the causes and suggests ways of state regulation and elimination of deviations. The Impact of Employee Motivation Factors 16th International Conference on Applications of Fuzzy Systems, Soft Computing and Artificial Intelligence Tools–ICAFS-2023: Volume 2 / Springer Nature /Cild: 1142 səh: 301 Afag Huseyn 0 2025 In the article, the factors that affect … In the article, the factors that affect the motivation of civil servants and private sector workers are discussed, taking into account their participation in the formation and distribution of enterprise profits. To determine the influence of these factors on motivation, we used statistical data on wages and dividend payments. As qualitative indicators are used, they include career growth, the availability of additional education, the possibility of creativity, and the microclimate in the team. Given these indicators, the method of fuzzy logic inference is described. The results obtained in the work allow us to conclude that in order to stimu-late the efficiency and productivity of labor, changes are needed in the system of revenue distribution as well as in material and non-material motivation. It was developed the recommendations for increasing the motivation on either government employees or private sector labors on the base of the results of fuzzy model in the conclusion part of the article.
