Çinarə Rzayeva Azərbaycan Milli Elmlər Akademiyasının Naxçıvan Bölməsinin Folklorşünaslıq şöbəsində Böyük elmi işçi vəzifəsində çalışır. O, filologiya üzrə fəlsəfə doktoru elmi dərəcəsinə və dosent elmi adına malikdir. Onun elmi fəaliyyəti əsasən Naxçıvan folklor mətnlərinin tədqiqinə yönəlmiş olub, tədqiqat istiqamətləri folklorun tarixi, mədəni və dil aspektlərini, həmçinin uşaqların inkişafında rolunu əhatə edir. Əsas və aktual işlər arasında 'On the study of our national cuisine in the context of historical folklore texts of Nakhchivan' (2025) məqaləsi iki sitat alaraq milli mətbəxin folklor kontekstində öyrənilməsinə diqqət yetirir; 'Sun, Moon and Star İn The Examples of Folk Literature' (2022) və 'FOLKLOR MƏTNLƏRİNDƏ ADƏTƏNƏNƏLƏR: DÜNƏN VƏ BU GÜN' (2022) məqalələri də mühüm əhəmiyyət kəsb edir. On the study of our national cuisine in the context of historical folklore texts of Nakhchivan Available at SSRN 5210049 Chinara Rzayeva 2 2025 I would like to point out to … I would like to point out to researchers in this field that the people's treasure is folklore. We find all the concrete data of national traditions in folklore. Because the rich culture of the Azerbaijani people, their ancient history, delicious and rich cuisine, freedom of will, wisdom-all this history is preserved in folklore. We can easily say that the national dishes of Azerbaijan will continue to decorate our tables. Folklore is a source of increasing value and wealth. In the article, the dishes of our national cuisine, which have this richness, are examined for the readers. Azerbaijani cuisine has a unique voice in world cuisine with its rich and delicious dictates: gases and sweets. The share of the people here is undeniable. The fact that national dishes of historical Azerbaijani cuisine are widely processed in folklore texts of the people is very relevant. Here, the position of the development of food names in folklore texts of Azerbaijani cuisine, which is an important part of material culture, was examined, samples were selected and filtered. During the analysis, it was found that there are a lot of food names related to our national cuisine in folklore texts of Nakhchivan lands and the frequency of occurrence of these names is high. This shows that people love national cuisine; these dishes are prepared with soul in every home and eaten with pleasure. Studies also show that most of the food names used in Nakhchivan folklore materials refer to the national cuisine. In folklore texts, there are almost no dishes from the cuisine of other countries. Sun, Moon and Star İn The Examples of Folk Literature. During the studies, we also address to holy book Qurani-Karim. In this regard, the article discusses this matters and provides examples from the holy book. The cosmonyms mentioned in the surahs and verses of the Koran makes them sacred among the people. Just as the Sun, the Moon and the stars decorate the sky, so folklore genres decorate our people. A number of verses mentioned in surahs related to cosmonyms in the Quran can be followed in folklore texts. This statement is explained by examples selected from their texts. At the same time, in folklore texts there are personal names associated with cosmonyms. The names Sun, Star, Moon, Crescent, etc., which we often encounter among people, we also see their names in folklore texts. Folklor metinlerinden seçilen bu tür şahıs adlarının her birinin önünde, sözlükteki anlamı verilmiştir. Bu şahıs adlarından Emrah, Cengiz, Güllü, Beyim ve diğerleri örnek olarak gösterilmiştir. Yapılan araştırmalara göre tahlili yapılan isimlerin tamamına yakınının günümüz Türkçesinde işlenme sıklığının yüksek olduğu görülmüştür. Çalışmada Türk edebiyatından örnekler verilerek bu görüş doğrulanmaya çalışılmıştır. Çalışma sonucunda, Türk halkının her zaman kendi soyuna ve Türkçülüğe değer verdiği, bu tür kelimeleri sık sık kullandığı ve koruduğu anlaşılmıştır. Araştırma sırasında peygamber kavramının tüm folklor türlerinde ortaya çıktığını görmek memnuniyet vericidir. Folklor metinlerinde peygamberlerin sadece isimleri geçmemekte, aynı zamanda becerileri ve hizmetleri de yansıtılmaktadır. Öyle ki, Hızır peygamber darda olana yardım etmeyi ve aşıkları birleştirmesi ile folklorda özel yere sahiptir. Süleyman peygamber de hayvanların dilini bilmesi ile, Musa peygamber asası ile, Yunus peygamber balık tarafından yutulması ile, diğer peygamberler de olumlu karakterleri ile folklor metinlerinde yer alır. Folklor metinlerinde bahsedilen Hz Adem, Hz Nuh, Hz Muhammed Mustafa, Hz Musa, Hz Yakup, Hz İbrahim, Hz Yusuf, Hz Davut, Hz Süleyman, Hz İsmayıl, Hz Hızır ve diğer peygamberler çalışmamıza dahil edildi. Not edelim ki, metinlere peygamberlerin adı çeşitli isimlerle yansır. Örneğin, Nuh peygamberle ilgili metinlerde “Nuh”, “Hazreti Nuh”, “Nuh Nebi” gibi ifadelere rastlanır. Hızır peygamberin adı da “Hızır İlyas”, “Hızır peygamber” gibi isimleri ile geçmektedir. Araştırma sırasında isimleri geçen peygamberlerin hemen hepsinin adı, kutsal kitabımız olan Kur'an-ı Kerim'de de geçmektedir. Makalede, Nahçıvan, Türkiye ve Kur'an-ı Kerim'den örnekler gösteren bir dizi karşılaştırmalı analizler yapılmıştır. Yapılan araştırmalar da kanıtlamaktadır ki, eski ve büyük tarihe, hem de zengin kültüre, folklora sahip olan Türk halkları, her zaman kendi milli-manevi değerlerini, folklorunu, eski geleneğini koruyarak bugüne getirmiş ve bundan sonra da bu zengin mirası koruyarak gelecek nesillere ileteceklerdir.
