Suzuki et al., IEEE Trans. Electron Dev. 47, 354 (2000); FL Souza et al., Mater. Chem. Phys. 80, 512 (2003)] and nonpolar polyethylene (PE) using a hot pressing method. The content of the composite components was varied from 10%(90%) to 70%(30%) of C (PE) and the thickness of the samples obtained was 40 or 150 μm. The voltage–current characteristics and electroconductivity with applied voltage were measured for all the samples obtained at room temperature. Also, the same samples were tested using infrared absorption and X-ray diffraction methods. In long-distance extra high voltage double-circuit electric transmission, one of the causes of surges occurs during line switching. Traditionally, shunting reactors (SR) are used at both ends of lines in order to ensure protection against switching overvoltages. However, in long distance AC ETL it becomes difficult to limit overvoltages by SR only, and the operation of the system is not stable enough. The combined shunt compensation method helps limit the switching overvoltages in long distance double circuit lines. A combined shunt compensation of overhead extra high voltage power lines which contains, apart from traditional SR connected to the power line through reactor circuit breakers, reactors permanently connected to the line according to the star with ungrounded neutral configuration. Using the proposed method, calculations were made on the switching overvoltages occurring with OVLs connected in parallel between SR and ungrounded reactors (UR) at the sending ends and receiving ends of double-circuit ETL. Mathematical models of reactors with ungrounded neutrals, OVLs and sources are developed based on the calculation methods as part of the conducted studies. Using the bivariate cubic spline interpolation method for switching overvoltages, line voltage (u) and current (i) values are calculated, and voltage change curves at the sending ends of the line are observed. The paper presents the study of mathematical modelling of electromagnetic wave processes in long-distance electric transmission line (ETL). This important issue is in direct relationship with power system stability increasing and power loss reduction. In recent years, the high performance of FACTS devices and demand response programs in improvement of the mentioned objective functions have been proved. In this paper, multi-objective function improvement has been carried out using simultaneous implementation of series and parallel FACTS devices and demand response program (DR). Also, optimal places and capacities of the three instruments are separately determined and displayed using various evolutionary algorithms named genetic algorithm and TLBO (Teaching Learning based optimization algorithm). Furthermore, optimization problem is solved in emergency condition of network. Simulations are carried out on 30 bus IEEE standard test system using MATLAB program and PSAT (Power System Analysis Toolbox). The results of numerical studies prove that simultaneous use of series and parallel FACTS devices and DR program can provide high performance in the network. In this paper the impact of the set of lateral conditions on the flexible optimization process is solved in a complex manner considering technical and economical indices for various multi-objective functions according to the current needs of the system. The research is conducted on a wide range of different compensating equipment and demand response program as well as different single and group installation modes. Implementation of the Pareto Front Selection Method with Evolutionary Algorithm in Optimization Processes cause, the obtained optimal answers meet the expectations of the system operator. Likewise, by analyzing the solutions obtained from optimization processes, valuable suggestions for solving system problems in case of error and load uncertainty are presented. To evaluate the degree of impact of emergency failures of individual elements on the power system, the analysis of the maximum network load and the critical voltage values is carried out. In the conditions of stochastic variability of powers in the load nodes, as well as in the presence of intermittent-random power generation in the generation nodes, the evaluation of critical voltages and maximum transmitted power values over the power lines of the system network requires a probabilistic evaluation of these critical parameters for failure case of failure. The method and algorithm for the operational evaluation of the distribution of probability of critical voltage and maximum power transfer for various emergency situations–failure options of lines and generators according to the N-1 scheme. The random variability of generation is represented by the Wind Power Plant power generation model, which takes into account the variability of its share in the total load coverage. The stochastic of the load model is specified using the Monte-Carlo method. The results of test studies on IEEE schemes and circuits of real power systems are presented. The energy potential of local renewable resources depends on the climatic conditions in the area. The paper provides an assessment of the renewable resources potential for the terrain in the mountainous regions of Azerbaijan. Based on long-term observations of solar radiation levels, ambient temperature, wind speed and other parameters, the calculated theoretical and technically possible values of electricity generation have been determined. The structure of considered distributed generation system includes the direct current sources (PV-systems) which are distributed among individual consumers. Sources of alternating current-wind generators operate according to the scheme of centralized power generation and its distribution among individual consumers. An estimated model of total consumption for the selected remote area has been compiled. The created structure of the FD-resistor corresponds to the structure of the Fabry-Perot nano resonator. Thin perfect films of Ni0. 4Zn0. 6Fe2O4 and SmS with~ 20 nm thickness which deposited by thermal method on sapphire or glass substrates were studied by luminescent and optical methods. Atomic force microscope studies have shown that the surface of thin Ni0, 4Zn0, 6Fe2O4 ferrite films has a granular structure. At the same time, special attention should be paid to the preservation by the products of their nutritional and biological value. In this article, more energy-efficient methods of treatment products with reactive discharge products (ozone, atomic oxygen), generated in barrier and crown discharges are proposed. To improve the energy efficiency of the installation, a crown discharge reactor with an innovative “wire-cylinder” electrode system and retractable dielectric nozzles on a potential electrode, is proposed. The discharge delay time, the excitation of volume nanosecond discharge in the interelectrode gap, and the extensive generation of chemically active discharge products, which can be directed to the active inactivation of pathogenic microorganisms in food products, are reduced. At the same time, it is necessary to limit the formation of spark discharges in the interelectrode distance that could affect the physicochemical content of the treated products and achieve maximum branching of the streamer channels (without transition to a spark), ensuring an efficient generation of chemically active discharge products. Being the first element on the receiver system, specifications on the antenna for multi-constellation GNSS applications can be challenging. Especially, integration of the antenna into the target plat-form, either mobile or stationary, may severely affect antenna performance. This is usu-ally an issue for small-size antennas where measured stand-alone antenna performance in ideal conditions is usually not descriptive of actual performance on the platform. Furthermore, carrier phase tracking has become popular among algorithm developers to obtain high accuracy and anti-spoofing at the same time which demand minimal phase centre variation of the antenna within the intended GNSS band. The oil degrades into low-molecular gases and carbon particles, which affect its dielectric properties and indicate potential problems. Analysis of dissolved gases in oil allows early detection of defects such as corona or arc discharges, as well as overheating. In addition, analysis of metal content in oil helps to clarify the type and location of the fault identified by gas analysis. Novelty of the proposed work lies in the study of the relationship between transformer oil parameters and its quality, as well as the effect of dissolved gases. The article proposes a method for determining how changes in these parameters affect each other. The obtained data are compared with the results of mass spectrometric analysis for a more accurate assessment of the transformer condition. Also, the value of the Frenkel coefficient and the shape of the potential barrier were determined. In Si-polymer-based composites, the value of electrical conductivity was calculated, and graphs of the dependence of the electrical conductivity on the intensity of the electric field were constructed. It is known from the parameters established in the Poole-Frenkel coordinate that the dependence corresponds to the Poole-Frenkel theory of thermofield ionization. Also, using this dependence, the value of the Frenkel coefficient was found. Conductivity mechanisms in Si-polymer based composites have been studied. Based on the results obtained, the features of heat transport in the studied samples are explained within the framework of the following models: Schottky emission in the high temperature region, tunnel field emission in large gaps and the mechanism of heat transfer from traps at low temperatures. In this case, different mechanisms of heat transfer change in different temperature ranges and at different values of electrical work. Knowing the shape of the potential barrier in composites, it is possible to determine the spatial distribution of charges near dopant centers or traps. Taking this into account, the forms of potential fences, which allow us to evaluate the parameters of the catchment centers (traps) of cargo carriers, have been determined. At the same time, information about the results obtained from the investigation of the relationships between" upper molecular structure-property" was given. As a result of the research, it was determined that the important electrical and mechanical properties of polymer systems depend to a significant extent on the upper molecular structure formed on the macromolecules of the materials. High-density polyethylene, polypropylene and polyvinylidene fluoride materials, produced in different technological modes, having a chemical linear structure and therefore crystallizing, were used in the research. In the case of samples of polyethylene materials, in the case of other polymers with spherulite and fibrillar upper molecular structures, only samples with a spherulite structure were studied. It was determined that electrical and mechanical strength are characterized by higher indicators in materials with small geometric dimensions of structural elements and, therefore, a high degree of primacy. It is established that at low voltages, due to sharp distortion of electric field around “pin” electrode as a result of electrolysis processes on negative pulse polarity, leader’s occurrence time is less than on positive one. The paper presents the study of mathematical modelling of electromagnetic wave processes in long-distance electric transmission line (ETL). The mathematical model is based on electromagnetic processes occurring on distributed parameter lines that are characterized by specific derivatives of the system of differential equations. The application of a spline-interpolation technique enables the calculation of currents and voltages at the nodes of the scheme, which obtains the unknown coordinates of the overhead line mode at the beginning of the ETL to solve the transmission line equation. The following results are derived from computer simulations of transients during switching on. With a simulation model, the importance of intelligent control of shunt reactor (SR) and ungrounded reactor (UR) was demonstrated and considered for a 500 kV power networks. Daha çox

The obtained fractal dimension for the observed aggregates indicates that the reaction-limited mechanism of cluster aggregation is realized in the studied system of ferrospinels, and the existence of larger crystal aggregates is explained within the framework of the neutral charge model due to a decrease in electrostatic forces between clusters. Considering that the layered quasi-two-dimensional aggregate has a fractal dimension closer to two, it is assumed that the formation of three-dimensional aggregates occurs as a result of magnetic interaction between primary nanoparticles. All these factors are considered in this article and calculation and coordination of parameters of energy source and treated medium, design of working chamber, excluding spark breakdown of the water gap, is given. In treatment process the surface energy of materials, adhesion at the interface between their components and, accordingly, breakdown voltage and electric strength is increased. It highlights the challenges posed by matrix effects in complex matrices like blood and presents a method to compensate for these effects. The study details the selection and preparation of the artificial matrix and the optimization of analysis conditions. Results show that adding KCl as an artificial matrix improves analytical accuracy and reduces the need for multiple internal standards. This approach extends ICP-MS capabilities for material quality monitoring in fields such as oil and gas, environmental engineering, and precision industries. The use of internal standards for compensation is complex, as the selection criteria for these elements are not always clear. To reduce nonspectral interference, the study suggests optimizing sample preparation. Blood samples were diluted 50 times before analysis using a mass spectrometer with a heliumfilled collision cell, which maintained matrix effects. The study found that ionization of analytes and internal standards was similarly inhibited in both blood samples and calibration standards, improving accuracy and reliability. However, renewable energy sources cannot produce large amounts of inertia, requiring more sophisticated stability considerations. To study voltage stability in renewabledominated power networks with wind turbines, PV panels, and distributed energy sources, appropriate explanatory approaches are necessary. This article proposes a probabilistic approach to determine voltage stability limits in a power system incorporating distributed generation systems with renewable sources and variable generation. The method involves repeatedly solving constant regime equations for a range of wind power capacities corresponding to average wind speed fluctuations. The sequential loading method determines the limit of initial data of power generation through the PV function, which corresponds to the maximum power transfer through the controlled part of the power system network. Modelling on IEEE test diagrams and a real power system showed that this strategy can address issues in operational control during characteristic hours of power generation. The stress limit values estimated for wind speed fluctuations relative to each average wind speed value can assess risks of voltage stability violations in the system, depending on its state (normal circuit, shutdown of main elementsgenerators, lines) and wind speed. It was supposed that increase of the wastewater adsorption clearing intensity under effect of the electrical discharge is connected with the electrical charging of the solid adsorbent material. As a grounding element we use the linear induction reactance, the non-linear saturable induction and the concrete resistor resistor. The non-linear saturable induction reactances of the different nominal voltages and currents have few influences on the surge voltages and voltage drops in the primary particularly in the surrounding of the neutral. The influence of this reactance on the surge voltages and voltage drops in the secondary is practically absent. The surge voltages in both the primary and secondary do not reach dangerous values if the primary neutral is connected to the primary ground through either a linear induction reactance or a resistance (provided an increase in resistance up to 200 Ω). The choice of the non linear saturable reactance for the grounding of the transformers’ primary neutral should be made provided the restriction of the asymmetrical short-circuit currents and the improvement of the disconnecting property of the circuit breakers Daha çox

The surge voltages in the primary of transformers depend only on the operating mode of its neutral. The secondary connecting scheme and the operating modes of the two neutrals have a notable influence on the surge voltages as well as on the voltage differences in the secondary. Transformers with Υ0/Δ, Υ/Υ0 and Υ0/Υ0 connecting schemes can operate without any arrester on the low voltage (LV)-side. As for other transformer types, installation of arresters on the LV-side is unavoidable. In order to ensure the protection of secondary operating free of load (temporarily not in use) we can ground the secondary neutral (in case of a Y scheme), or one of the triangle vertices (in case of a Δ scheme), after having disconnected it from the other elements of the network.
