Könül Həbibova Azərbaycan Milli Elmlər Akademiyasının Nəsimi adına Dilçilik İnstitutunun Süni intellekt və kompüter dilçiliyi şöbəsində aparıcı elmi işçi vəzifəsində çalışır. Elmi dərəcəsi və elmi adı olmasa da, geniş nəşr fəaliyyəti və beynəlxalq təsiri ilə diqqət çəkir. İşçinin elmi fəaliyyəti əsasən dilçilik, süni intellekt və kompüter dilçiliyi sahələrində cəmlənmişdir. Google Scholar göstəricilərinə görə, işçinin 54 nəşri mövcuddur ki, bu da fəal elmi məhsuldarlığı göstərir. Həmin nəşrlərə 91 sitat verilib və h-index 5 səviyyəsindədir. Web of Science platformasında isə 4 nəşr indeksləşib və 13 sitat toplayıb, h-index isə 3-dür. AMEA DərgiPark-da isə 3 nəşr üçün 4 sitat və h-index 1 qeydə alınıb. Bu göstəricilər işçinin yerli elmi mühitdə fəal iştirakını, beynəlxalq platformalarda isə orta səviyyədə görünürlüyünü təsdiqləyir. Nəşrlərin illər üzrə paylanması diqqət çəkir: 2024-cü ildə 'The evolution of the English language in the internet and social media era' adlı əsər 6 sitat toplayıb, 2025-ci ildə isə 'Combining the Magnificent Penta: Pedagogy, Politics, Discourse Analysis' əsəri 23 sitatla yüksək təsir göstərmişdir. Bu, işçinin müasir mövzulara yönəldiyini və son illərdə sitat təsirinin artdığını göstərir. Tədqiqatlar əsasən korpus dilçiliyi, süni intellekt, diskurs təhlili və rəqəmsal kommunikasiya ilə bağlıdır. İşçinin nəşrləri beynəlxalq jurnallarda və konfranslarda çap olunub, lakin sitat göstəriciləri orta səviyyədə qalır, bu da beynəlxalq elmi əlaqələrin genişləndirilməsi potensialını göstərir. The article observes the purpose, role and main means of language policy in the virtual space. The research in this work bases on descriptive and comparative methods. This work states that the presence of many languages in a single virtual-communicative field gives rise to cross-language conflicts in the Internet space. On the background of this conflict situation the analysis of language policy in the virtual space determines the scientific significance and novelty of this study. The article also considers the phenomenon of the globalization of language means, which plays an important role in the modern communicative space. It also analyzes the social stratification of languages in the virtual space. It is emphasized that the virtual space creates conditions for the sustainable existence of languages, ensures the realization of their communicative potential. Using the Internet as the main channel for exchanging information, spreading and summarizing the global communication community in a single center, globalization leads to the dominant role of some languages and the lowering of the social status of others. When summing up, the authors note that despite the fact that the Internet has turned into a field of interlingual conflicts, the dominant language that serves the global level of communication does not encroach on the usual areas of functioning of local languages.

The article discusses the specifics of the everyday discursive space. The analysis is carried out on the basis of such categories of discourse formation as the type of generality of the participants in the discourse; purpose of discourse; discourse values; thematic structure of discourse; communication conditions; role structure of discourse; discursive strategies; genre structure; stylistic design; intertextual interaction. As a result, a conclusion is made about the high level of variability of everyday discourse, which ensures the inhomogeneity of its structure, represented by a concretely situational variety of individual everyday discourses.

The article analyzes such concepts as “digitalization of legal relations” and “digital form of law”. The topic of this article is relevant, because the digital form of law is currently being integrated into all branches of management and human activity, and the study of this phenomenon is a priority issue in modern jurisdiction. The article discusses such concepts as digital advertising and digital communication and analyzes their manipulative properties on the mass consciousness of mankind. The article reveals the role and feature of digital communications in the process of influencing the consciousness of members of society and the state; the tools of manipulation of mass consciousness in the context of digital communications. The study uses pragmatic analysis methods. The main goal of this article is to compare the role of digital communication and digital advertising in terms of manipulating a human audience and analyze their means, methods and tactics of manipulation. The positive and negative consequences of the influence of existing digital communications at the present stage of development of the state and society are systematized. The article considers television as the main means of digital communication. In conclusion, it is noted that digital communications spread information that is necessary for the conscious functioning of citizens and their full participation in the state life.

The article examines the methods and computer programs for experimental phonetics. Studies of experimental phonetics give more accurate results and for this reason it is interesting for many researchers in various scientific fields. This article is up-to-date because the materials and methods of experimental phonetics presented here are considered from the point of view of digital technology, which is the most relevant area of the present. The purpose of our study is to analyze computer programs for phonetic studies using the example of studies already made by various researchers. During the research when analyzing scientific work with the software such as PRAAT and Speech analyzer, we focus on descriptive and comparative descriptive methods. Summing up the results, the article notes that at the moment experimental phonetics reached a new level thanks to computer technologies. The materials of this study may be interesting for young phoneticists and linguists, as the newest source of information in this area.

The principal objective is to identify the principal changes occurring in language as a consequence of the influence of digital technologies and social media, and to assess their impact on language culture and communication. The article provides a comprehensive overview of the Internet’impact on language, encompassing both positive and negative aspects of this impact. The positive effects include the enrichment of the lexicon, accelerated dissemination of information, and the creation of new forms of communication. Conversely, the negative effects include the simplification of language, the loss of cultural and linguistic features, and the spread of misinformation. Academic communication is grounded on the principles of clarity, honesty, and the open exchange of knowledge. This article explores the complex interplay between academic communication and manipulative speech tactics, bringing a psychometric perspective to bear on this phenomenon. In this stydy is examined how psychometric methodologies—such as validated communication style inventories and content analysis techniques—can be applied to detect and measure manipulative tendencies in academic contexts. An analysis of existing instruments (eg, scales of communication style impression manipulativeness, Machiavellianism, and classification schemes for research spin) is presented to assess their utility in studying speech manipulation in academia. Ethical considerations are discussed, emphasizing the importance of maintaining trust and integrity in scholarly communication and the potential consequences of manipulative practices. Authors suggest recommendations for improving communication in academic environments, including training in ethical persuasion, greater transparency in reporting, and the development of tools to identify and mitigate manipulative discourse. This work highlights the need for continued vigilance and methodological innovation to ensure that academic communication remains both effective and ethically sound.

В статье рассматривается методика создания электронного конкорданса на материале огузского эпоса «Китаби-Деdе Кoркут». Представлены этапы цифровой обработки текста, лемматизации и морфологической разметки, а также возможности анализа лексики, формульных выражений и речевых конструкций. Unda matnni raqamlashtirish, lemmatizatsiya va morfologik belgilash bosqichlari hamda leksika, formulali ifodalar va nutqiy konstruksiyalarni tahlil qilish imkoniyatlari bayon etiladi. Ushbu ish konkordansni korpus lingvistikasi vositasi va turkiy epik merosni tadqiq etish vositasi sifatida muhimligini namoyon etadi. Abstract. The article examines the methodology for creating an electronic concordance based on the Oghuz epic “Kitabi-Dada Gorgud”. It presents the stages of text digitization, lemmatization, and morphological annotation, as well as the possibilities for analyzing vocabulary, formulaic expressions, and speech constructions. The study highlights the importance of concordance as a tool of corpus linguistics and a means of exploring the Turkic epic heritage.

The article explores the cognitive mechanisms of framing (language framing) and priming (anticipatory suggestion) in the context of human interaction with artificial intelligence (AI)-based dialogue systems. The author proposes an interdisciplinary analysis combining cognitive linguistics, psycholinguistics, social psychology and generative AI technologies to identify how such systems can use speech strategies of persuasion and manipulation. It is shown that dialogue AIs actively apply frames in the presentation of information, both in lexical framing and in the tone of utterances, which can skew interpretations and guide the user's opinion. In parallel, priming allows systems to shape attitudes even before the main utterance, through tone, order of presentation, or even background information, which is particularly effective in long-term interactions. The author discusses threats to user autonomy, especially for vulnerable groups (children, the elderly, people with mental disabilities), the problems of deception through anthropomorphisation of AI and substitution of real dialogue with simulated'friendship'. Legal and regulatory initiatives, including the European AI Act (2024) provisions, prohibit AI use for covert behavioural influence and are considered. Possible solutions are also suggested, ranging from AI content labelling and algorithm transparency to increasing digital literacy among users. Thus, the article contributes to understanding the speech mechanisms involved in human-AI communication and emphasises the need for a balance between technological development and the preservation of human cognitive freedom.

This article explores the machine metaphor as a central conceptual and aesthetic device in the literature of the techno-modern era. The machine is examined not merely as a thematic presence or symbolic motif, but as an operative metaphor that structures narrative form, cognitive engagement and ideological positioning within literary texts. The relevance of this research lies in the accelerating development of digital technologies and their pervasive influence on how stories are told and perceived. An interdisciplinary methodology is employed, grounded in the philosophy of technology (particularly the works of Ernst Kapp and Gilbert Simondon), media theory and literary analysis informed by close reading and narratology.
