Elmi fəaliyyəti əsasən fonologiya sahəsinə yönəlmiş olub, Azərbaycan dilinin fonemik quruluşunun sistemli təhlili, fonotaktikanın müqayisəli öyrənilməsi kimi mövzuları əhatə edir. Google Scholar göstəricilərinə görə, üç elmi nəşrə malik olmasına baxmayaraq, sitat indeksləri (h-index: 0, i10-index: 0) və ümumi sitat sayı (n_citations: 0) sıfır səviyyəsindədir, bu da elmi nəticələrinin hələ beynəlxalq aləmdə geniş yayılmadığını və təsir dairəsinin məhdud olduğunu göstərir. This article is devoted to the dynamics of meaning change in the dictionary. Various processes, such as shifts in specific lexical fields, the archaization of words, the creation of new words, and the disappearance of older ones take place here. In literary language, meaning change is a gradual process, with its outcomes manifest ing over time in accordance with linguistic evolution. The main changes in the language are the semantic and the sound change. Phonetic changes are often easier to observe due to their external characteristics, whereas semantic shifts are more subtle, as lexemes do not undergo visible alterations. Semantic change can be qualitative (involving improvements or shifts in meaning) or quantitative (involving broadening or narrowing of meaning). It should be noted that the history, origin and transformation of individual lexemes are first of all recorded in etymological dictionaries. The change of meaning is not arbitrary, but classi fied according to specific types. One or more key factors driving semantic change are historical influences external to the language - specifically, the social and cultural shifts that shape linguistic usage over time.

The article is devoted to errors in identifying phonemes of a foreign language.The phonological system of each language is like a kind of sieve through which allspoken words pass. The "sieves" system is different in every language. We learnthe system of the mother tongue. When we listen to a foreigner's speech and analyze it, we inevitably use the "phonological filter" of our native language, which iscommon to us. However, since our "sieve" is not suitable for a foreign language, alarge number of mistakes and misunderstandings arise. We do not interpret the errors of the foreign language correctly phonologically, because we pass themthrough the "phonological control" of our mother tongue. The examples prove thatthe so-called "foreign accent" style of speech does not depend on whether a foreigner can pronounce any sound correctly, but rather on the fact that he misperceives this sound. Such a misperception of a certain sound of any foreign languageis related to the difference between the phenological structures of the speaker of theforeign language and the mother tongue. Pronunciation mistakes in the speech of aforeigner are in most cases completely like other typical mistakes. In every Hungarian language, the difference between male and female speech comes naturally.However, this difference exists for men at the lexical level, not at the grammaticallevel.

The article talks about medical terms in German in the post-pandemic era. Based on our observations, we can see a lot of neologisms in German during the Corona crisis. These are sometimes new creations (new lexemes) like COVID-19, borrowings from English like proctoring or French like triage, or already existing words with new meanings (new lexemes). In particular, many compounds treated as mixed compounds in our analysis, such as superspreaders, appear because one of the different word parts can be a foreign word. During the corona crisis, the dominant word is "Corona", which dominates the media, everyday life and technical language. The frequency of the term has increased tremendously; There are also many combinations with "Corona", such as Coronawelle. Medical terms known only in technical language in the pre-corona period are now very often used in everyday language. Thus, it can be concluded that the German language is enriched with neologisms.

An analysis of scientific and theoretical sources on Azerbaijani linguistics shows that a serious turn in this area co- incided with the Soviet era. Research and scientific and methodological research in various areas of linguistics began to be more systematic after the restoration of Azerbaijan's independence, and the number of scientific studies in all aspects of the language - phonological, morphological, lexical, syntactic areas - entered a new stage, both qualitatively and quantitatively. It should be noted that there are disagreements among researchers in the study of certain problems of the phonological system of the Azerbaijani language. This can be explained by the difference in the criteria used in determining the phonemic inventory of a language.

Even if thecombination appears in a single word, it is considered acceptable. If this or that combination is found only in foreignnames, geographical names it is not counted. The formulas of the nouns and the personal forms of the verbs were alsotaken into account in the analysis. The article deals with the materials of Azerbaijani and German languages. The article deals with the systematic and functional study of language sounds in phonology. The material of the study is the sound structure of the Azerbaijani language and its phonological features. The study of the place of the sounds of the language in the phonological system of the Azerbaijani language and their relationship to other phonemes in this system, as well as the phonetic analysis of phonemes, is the scientific novelty of this study. The study of the relationship of phonology to lexemes, morphemes, and syntax is considered a topical issue in phonology. These factors play a crucial role in the study of the phonological system of a language. The author notes that the study of the relationship of phonology to semantics is the study of stress, prosody and intonation. Depending on the pronunciation norm of the Azerbaijani language, sounds can be grouped into variants or allophones.

Изучение отношения фонологии к лексемам, морфемам и синтаксису считается актуальной темой фонологии. Эти факторы играют ключевую роль при исследовании фонологической системы языка. Методы В качестве основного использован сравнительно-сопоставительный метод, способствующий выявлению специфических различий, наблюдаемых при сравнении материала сравниваемых языков, а также описательный метод для классификации и обобщения языкового материала. Результаты В статье фонотактика определяется как наука, изучающая употребление фонем в синтагматике. При определении фонемного состава того или иного языка, наряду с парадигматическими отношениями, немаловажную роль играют синтагматические отношения. Заключение Изучением реализации фонологических единиц в синтагматике можно выявлять определëнные закономерности, составляющие основы комбинаторного анализа.

The article talks about the combination of …
The article talks about the combination of vowels and vowels in the German language. The combination of soundphonemes can also be found in the word. It is necessary to obtain the complete combinator characteristics of each siteand to determine their combinatorial variants and to clarify how they differ in their acoustic-articulation. Even if thecombination appears in a single word, it is considered acceptable. If this or that combination is found only in foreignnames, geographical names it is not counted. The formulas of the nouns and the personal forms of the verbs were alsotaken into account in the analysis. The article deals with the materials of Azerbaijani and German languages. The resultsof the study are stated in the article.
