Fərqanə Hüseynova Azərbaycan Milli Elmlər Akademiyasının Memarlıq və İncəsənət İnstitutunun Kulturologiya və incəsənətin nəzəriyyəsi şöbəsində aparıcı elmi işçi vəzifəsində çalışır, kulturologiya üzrə fəlsəfə doktoru və dosent elmi adına malikdir. Onun elmmetrik göstəriciləri əhəmiyyətli nəşr fəaliyyətini əks etdirir: Google Scholar-də 62 nəşri, 50 sitatı, h-index 4 və i10-index 3, bu da orta səviyyəli sitat təsiri və davamlı tədqiqat fəaliyyətini göstərir. AMEA bazasında əlavə 6 nəşr qeyd olunub. 2006-2025-ci illəri əhatə edən nəşr zaman xətti davamlı elmi işi aşkar edir, 'Turizmin Esasları' kimi əsərlərin 17 sitat toplaması turizm tədqiqatlarında təsirini vurğulayır. Kulturologiya və multikulturalizm kimi mövzulardan astrofizikaya (məsələn, Herbig AeBe ulduzları və spektroskopik alətlər) qədər müxtəlif mövzular interdisiplinar ixtisas və artan beynəlxalq görünürlüyü göstərir, bu da müxtəlif sahələrdə sitatlar və nəşr abstraktlarında göstərilən əməkdaşlıq tədqiqatları ilə təsdiqlənir.

The article deals with Azerbaijan’s greatest respect …
The article deals with Azerbaijan’s greatest respect for religious traditions as a multicultural state, and declaration of Shusha by the Islamic states as the “cultural capital of the Islamic world” for 2024. It also deals with the huge reconstruction works carried out in Shusha, which was liberated from occupation, and the restoration of historical, cultural and religious monuments that were subjected to Armenian occupation with high taste, in the style of national architecture. It is stated that the restoration works carried out by the Heydar Aliyev Foundation in Shusha bring back the historical spirit of Shusha, and also include the restoration of cultural events and traditions that have not been implemented for years. It is concluded that the decrees signed on the declaration of Shusha as the cultural capital of Azerbaijan, as well as the declaration of 2022 as the “Year of Shusha” demonstrated to the whole world that Shusha is the historical and ancient land of Azerbaijan, that our people have centuries-old culture in these areas, and that our national and cultural heritage is based on deep roots.

Azerbaijan has been a multi-religious, multi-ethnic and multilingual country since ancient times. Ethnic-religious communities living in Azerbaijan understood the essence of diversity as a result of mutual culture and relationship in all periods of history. Since the atmosphere of tolerance in Azerbaijan is always at a high level, many international events and scientific conferences dedicated to multiculturalism, relations between nations and religions and dialogue are held here. The article deals with the promotion of multiculturalism and tolerance in Azerbaijan at the level of state policy, the development of these traditions, and the holding of many international events. At the same time, the work carried out on the project “Address of Tolerance–Azerbaijan” with the support of the Heydar Aliyev Foundation is discussed in this article.

Shusha, which is called the crown of Karabakh, is also the ancient cultural center of Azerbaijan, the cradle of culture. Shusha has always amazed people with its lovely nature, historical and architectural monuments and music. Persons who played an important role in the cultural history of Azerbaijan were born in this city. The article deals with our historical, architectural and cultural monuments that were destroyed in Shusha. We are talking about the mugham school in Shusha, which is called the Oriental music conservatory, and the masters brought up by this school, the Shusha museums that were victims of Armenian vandalism, as well as the fate of the Shusha branch of the State Museum of Azerbaijani Carpets and Folk Applied Arts. The article also quotes the opinions of travelers, scientists and celebrities who traveled to Shusha in different periods of history about the lovely nature, culture and hospitality of the ancient Azerbaijani city of Shusha.

This paper presents the results of spectral and photometric studies of six selected massive Herbig Ae/Be stars conducted during 2023–2024. Spectral observations reveal significant variability in the emission-line spectra over time intervals ranging from one month to one year. Spectral energy distributions (SEDs) were constructed to characterize the state of the circumstellar disks. Our analysis shows that two of the six stars possess evolved debris disks with weak residual dust emission. The fundamental physical parameters of the stars were calculated, and their evolutionary status was determined. MWC 300 appears to be a more evolved system exhibiting strong excess infrared radiation, which is likely related to its binary nature.

The paper describes an improved spectrograph of the Cassegrain focus of the 2-meter ShAO reflector using a CCD camera. The classic Universal Astro Grid Spectrograph (UAGS) was adapted to use the Andor CCD camera to obtain spectra of objects with low brightness in the range of 3600–8000 Å. A spectrograph with a diffraction grating of 651 lines/mm makes it possible to obtain the spectra of stars on the 2‑m ShAO telescope up to 18 mag with the resolution R = 1200, with a signal-to-noise ratio of about 50 for half an hour of exposure. The maximum allowable resolution is R = 3400 with binning 1 × 1. The complex can be used for observations of various types of transient objects, variable stars, and extragalactic objects.

The spectral energy distribution (SED) curves analysis results for 48 Herbig AeBe stars (HAeBeS) and 13 young stellar objects from the Orion star-forming complex are presented. All 13 Orion stars and 8 HAeBe stars showed weak residual IR emission in the wavelength range λ ≥ 10 μm. Compared to other HAeBe stars, members of this subgroup show no or in some cases weak emission in the Hα line. We call this group “Weak Herbig AeBe stars” (WHAeBeS). The SED curves of the program stars are classified according to the magnitude of the IR excess radiation. The physical parameters of all the program stars were calculated. It was shown that the SED of the selected subgroup of WHAeBe stars and the stars of the Orion nebula OB1 are identical. Despite the youth of these stars, the reason for the relatively rapid dissipation of the circumstellar disk of the WHAeBe stars is unclear.

The results of spectral and photometric studies of Herbig Be-type star AS 310 have been presented. Photometric observations in the BVRcIc bands performed in 2016–2021 showed that the amplitude of the seasonal brightness variations of the star changes smoothly in different years and reaches a maximum of approximately around Δ V∼ 0.6 mag in 2018. The star is more often in a weak state of radiation, but from time to time an increase in its brightness is observed. With a decrease in brightness in the V-band, the star’s radiation in the blue color increases, while in the red part of the spectrum, it decreases. Searches for periodicity in the light variations did not reveal definite periods of variability. The emission components observed in the hydrogen and forbidden nitrogen lines are rather formed in the nebula where the star itself is immersed. The article discusses most young, low-mass stars are surrounded by circumstellar disks. The same is also true for intermediate-mass stars up to a spectral type of∼ B8. Direct detections of disks around early B or O stars are rare. This does not mean that high-mass stars do not have accretion disks; rather, it indicates that disks are much more short-lived around high-mass stars, so that by the time these stars become optically visible they have already dispersed their accretion disks. Furthermore, high-mass stars are generally more distant than low-mass stars, making it harder to spatially resolve their accretion disks. Even O stars with stellar masses of 20–30 Me appear to have disks in their heavy accretion phase. However, such stars are difficult to study.

Spectral and photometric studies of the Be Herbig type star AS 310 are presented. Our photometric observations showed that the amplitude of seasonal variations in the brightness of the star varies smoothly over different years and reached a maximum of∆ V∼ 0.6 mag in 2018. Spectral observations revealed variable emission components in the Hα and Hβ lines. Our studies have shown that AS 310 is an extremely young massive star, however, it is already on the Main Sequence.

This paper presents the results of spectral and photometric studies of six selected massive Herbig Ae/Be stars conducted during 2023–2024. Spectral observations reveal significant variability in the emission-line spectra over time intervals ranging from one month to one year. Spectral energy distributions (SEDs) were constructed to characterize the state of the circumstellar disks. Our analysis shows that two of the six stars possess evolved debris disks with weak residual dust emission. The fundamental physical parameters of the stars were calculated, and their evolutionary status was determined. MWC 300 appears to be a more evolved system exhibiting strong excess infrared radiation, which is likely related to its binary nature.

The article explain the majority of Herbig stars are in binaries (≳ 70%). The mass ratios of the binary Herbig stars indicates that the binaries form from disk fragmentation. Given that many of these are unresolved at arcsecond resolution, this also has important implications for interpreting the X-ray properties of Herbig stars. Herbig stars display photometric and spectroscopic changes on timescales ranging from hours to months and longer. The larger amplitude photometric changes can be traced back to variable dust obscuration from an orbiting disk, while variability at smaller, milli-magnitude, amplitudes can be analyzed with asteroseismology. Spectroscopically, variable line emission is mostly associated with the accretion process, while variable absorption lines can be due to changes in the accretion process itself, but can also be caused by infalling rocky material such as exo-comets.
