Professor Rəna Abdullayeva, sənətşünaslıq üzrə elmlər doktoru və professor elmi adı daşıyır, Azərbaycan Milli Elmlər Akademiyasının Memarlıq və İncəsənət İnstitutunun Kulturologiya və incəsənətin nəzəriyyəsi şöbəsinin müdiri vəzifəsində çalışır. Onun elmi fəaliyyəti kulturologiya və incəsənət nəzəriyyəsi sahəsində sistemli və təsirli əsərlərlə xarakterizə olunur. Onun tədqiqatlarının konseptual çərçivəsi əsasən qloballaşma şəraitində mədəni identiklik və diversifikasiya məsələlərinə, habelə multikulturalizm, milli-dövlət simvolları, Qafqaz regionunda heraldika və Azərbaycanın digər mədəniyyətlər, xüsusilə Polşa və Türk dünyası ölkələri ilə incəsənət əlaqələrinə dair əhəmiyyətli tematik töhfələrə yönəlmişdir. Onun elmi əsərləri incəsənət tarixi və mədəni siyasətin müasir problemləri ilə daim marağı əks etdirir. Ən çox istinad edilən və əhəmiyyətli əsərləri arasında 14 istinad toplamış 2003-cü il 'Проблема художественного стиля в информационной культуре' (İnformasiya mədəniyyətində incəsənət üslubunun problemi) əsəri durur ki, bu da müasir informasiya çərçivələrində incəsənət formalarının qovuşmasını araşdırır. Digər əsas əsər, 7 istinad toplamış 'Современное искусствознание: истоки, проблемы и методы' (1997), müasir incəsənətşünaslığın əsas məsələləri və metodologiyalarını araşdırır. Onun daha yeni və təsirli tədqiqatlarına 2017-ci il 'Народы Кавказа в поисках идентичности: национально-государственные символы и геральдика' məqaləsi daxildir ki, bu da Qafqazda bayraqlar və gerblərin simvolizmini mədəni irs və tarixi özünüidentifikasiya ifadəsi kimi təhlil edir. Professor Abdullayevanın nəşr spektri həm milli, həm də beynəlxalq kontekstlərdə ekspert rəyindən keçmiş məqalələri, məsələn, 'INTERCOMMUNICATIONS OF THE ART OF POLAND AND AZERBAIJAN' (2023) və 'Cultural stereotypes of behavior in Turkish cinema' (2023) kimi əsərləri əhatə edir. Design education is an integral part of the development of design itself. Socio-cultural priorities of society, its traditions determine the dominants of professional consciousness. On their basis is formed a sign system according to which the learning process of a designer in a particular national tradition is built. It should be noted that the spatial and formal models of the Turkic mentality are similar in many parameters. However, each country has its own specific characteristics. There are the national priorities that determine the nomenclature of design specialties. The range of objectives of the lecture courses is wide enough: the first group of subjects has a purely historical orientation; the second group involves the formation of theoretical and design-methodological foundations of professional thinking of students; the subjects of the third group are devoted to the study of the most general consistent patterns of the development of visual culture and the methods of its analysis.

The article examines some cultural stereotypes of …
The article examines some cultural stereotypes of behaviour that determine the pathos of the most famous historical series created by Turkish filmmakers in the XXI century. The stereotypes of the behaviour of the main characters of the series «You Are My Homeland»,«The Magnificent Century», and «The Empire of Kösem» are analyzed. It is alleged that there is a certain continuity in the mentality of the society of the Ottoman Empire and the modern Republic of Türkiye, the 100th anniversary of which is celebrated this year. That succession is expressed, first of all, in such a cultural stereotype as fidelity and devotion. This ethical standard forms the red thread of the plot of these series, the primary theme of which is the power struggle. The antipode of a faithful person is the image of the traitor, whose behaviour pattern leads him to inevitable punishment and imminent death. The dramaturgy of the historical series is built on the tension that emerges between the poles of loyalty and betrayal.

Every independent state has symbols that embody its existence, sovereignty and national identity. State symbols – the flag, the national emblem and the anthem are of special importance among these symbols. They are not just formal attributes, but also a living manifestation of the historical memory, values and hopes of the people for the future. State symbols, including the National Anthem, play an important role in the formation of national ideology. The article deals with the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the context of historical inheritance. The article considers important aspects such as the historical context of the anthem, its functions and its significance for society and culture. The semantic content of the music and lyrics of the National Anthem, music of which belongs to the genius Uzeyir Hajibeyli and lyrics to the poet of independence Ahmad Javad, as well as the peculiarities of the musical language and music-lyrics relationships are analyzed here. The analysis concludes that the melody of the anthem, which is a living embodiment of the history, values and wishes of the nation, is a generalized musical expression of the image range and general mood of its lyrics.

Hundreds of works on theme of Holocaust in world ine art, architecture, and memorial complexes were created. One of the notable artists, who have worked on the theme of Holocaust, is IA Kleiner. He is an author of some series of works dedicated to this theme. The style of artist’s creation, which appeared in his works on this theme is analysed in the article. There are different approaches from vanguard and symbolical style till expressiverealistic style on this theme among artist’s series of painting works. The most characteristic feature of IA Kleiner’s artistic style is big form of his works and using enough simple compositions.

Проблема идентичности особенно остро встает в регионах с многонациональным и поликонфессиональным населением, таких как Кавказ место встречи различных культур и этнических традиций. На протяжении XX в. многие народы Северного и Южного Кавказа обрели государственную независимость или автономию. Этот акт самоидентификации нашел отражение прежде всего в национально-государственных символах Азербайджана, Грузии, Армении, северокавказских республик Российской Федерации Адыгеи, Дагестана, Ингушетии, Кабардино-Балкарии, Карачаево-Черкесии, Северной Осетии-Алании, Чечни. Универсальной системой идентификации является геральдика. В статье анализируются флаги и гербы этих стран и автономий. Почти во всех случаях символизм геральдики народов Кавказа представляет собой квинтэссенцию их культурного наследия. Национально-государственные символы народов Кавказа выступают проявлением свободного геральдического выбора, основанного на историко-культурной самоидентификации.

Исследование посвящено разработке модели, характеризующей внутренний баланс национальной культуры, функционирующей в условиях глобализации между противоположными полюсами идентичности и диверсификации. Материалами послужили исследования азербайджанских и российских философов, культурологов и искусствоведов, произведения художников ХХ в. В процессе исследования на основе принципа бесфоновой организации изобразительных форм (БОИФ), разработанного Х. Мамедовым и С. Дадашевым, визуализирована мультикультурная модель. Отмечено, что язык БОИФ обладает свойствами комплементарности и полиэйконичности, то есть бесконечно интегрирует элементы в систему. Модель устойчива и структурно отражает идеи мультикультурализма. Комплементарность организует внешние формы культур, не затрагивая их содержания, что отвечает формуле «моя свобода заканчивается там, где начинается ваша». Баланс внутри национальной культуры достигается кристаллизацией этнических особенностей и внутренним разнообразием системы.

В статье мультикультурализм рассматривается как традиционное явление в истории Азербайджана, обусловленное этническим и конфессиональным разнообразием в регионе, толерантным отношением к представителям иных культур. Подчеркивается, что в период независимости Азербайджана мультикультурализм был поднят на уровень государственной культурной политики. В выступлениях и деятельности Президента Азербайджанской Республики Ильхама Алиева он представлен как действенный фактор не только внутренней, но и внешней политики страны. Для продвижения политики мультикультурализма в 2008 г. был запущен так называемый «Бакинский процесс». Одновременно Баку стал местом проведения множества международных мероприятий самого высокого уровня. Интересным явлением последнего десятилетия является совпадение оценок феномена мультикультурализма экспертами Азербайджана и России.

The article deals with the National Anthem of the Republic of Azerbaijan in the context of historical inheritance. The article considers important aspects such as the historical context of the anthem, its functions and its significance for society and culture. The semantic content of the music and lyrics of the National Anthem, music of which belongs to the genius Uzeyir Hajibeyli and lyrics to the poet of independence Ahmad Javad, as well as the peculiarities of the musical language and music-lyrics relationships are analyzed here. The analysis concludes that the melody of the anthem, which is a living embodiment of the history, values and wishes of the nation, is a generalized musical expression of the image range and general mood of its lyrics.

Hundreds of works on theme of Holocaust in world ine art, architecture, and memorial complexes were created. One of the notable artists, who have worked on the theme of Holocaust, is IA Kleiner. He is an author of some series of works dedicated to this theme. The style of artist’s creation, which appeared in his works on this theme is analysed in the article. There are different approaches from vanguard and symbolical style till expressiverealistic style on this theme among artist’s series of painting works. The most characteristic feature of IA Kleiner’s artistic style is big form of his works and using enough simple compositions.

It is stressed in the article that Azerbaijan can become the main point in the process of global dialogue of cultures in the near future.
