Oksana Məmmədova Azərbaycan Milli Elmlər Akademiyasının Memarlıq və İncəsənət İnstitutunun Memarlıq tarixi və nəzəriyyəsi şöbəsində Kiçik elmi işçi vəzifəsində çalışır. Onun elmi fəaliyyəti Google Scholar göstəricilərinə əsasən, 10 nəşr, 1 sitat, h-index: 1 və i10-index: 0-dır. Bu, 2022-2025-ci illərdə ardıcıl nəşr məhsuldarlığını əks etdirir və tədqiqatda aktiv iştirakı göstərir. Lakin aşağı sitat göstəriciləri hazırda təsirin başlanğıc mərhələsində və beynəlxalq görünürlüyün məhdud olduğunu bildirir. Onun işi Azərbaycan incəsənəti və memarlığına, mədəni irsə yönəlmiş olub, incəsənət tarixi və memarlıq tədqiqatları kimi sahələrə müxtəlif, lakin tematik cəhətdən uyğun nəşrlər vasitəsilə töhfə verir.

The article explores the artistic image of …
The article explores the artistic image of Uzeyir Hajibeyli, the founder of professional Azerbaijani music, as represented in memorial depictions. Based on an analysis of commemorative objects—monuments, sculptural works, bas-reliefs, memorial plaques, as well as numismatic materials and jubilee attributes—the study examines the forms through which the composer is preserved in visual memory. Special emphasis is placed on the role of realist portrait traditions, national stylistic features, and symbolic elements in shaping Hajibeyli’s image. It is argued that in memorial representations, his image goes beyond an individual portrait, functioning as a carrier of national cultural values with ideological and aesthetic significance. As a result, these images, not only fulfilled a commemorative function, but also became an artistic and socio-political symbol that strengthened the legacy of the great composer in the cultural memory of the Azerbaijani people.

The first Arc de Triumphe in Azerbaijan marks the beginning of the symbolic path to victory. 44 arched elements reflect the number of days of battles for Karabakh and the integrity of the Motherland. The main decor of an architectural structure is the element of tree. The tree of life is a fundamental archetype in many of the world’s mythological, religious, and philosophical traditions. The symbolism of the tree of paradise in the Turkic tradition is a multi-layered and multi-tasking image that combines the ideas of life, death, rebirth and spiritual connection between worlds. To study the material in addition to photographing the monument, the author developed a passport–a description, including the name, brief historical background, place and time of construction, reason for construction, names of the authors, main dimensions, material, decorative program and its semantic features. In the wake of rising social activity and national self-awareness and increasing public interest in history and cultural traditions, the triumphal structure is gaining relevance. The article studies ornament and ornamental art of Nakhchivan, an ancient region of theRepublic of Azerbaijan. The impact of ornaments of Nakhchivan carpet school and theinfluence of rich ornament decor of buildings of Nakhchivan architectural school on theproducts of modern jewelers will be investigated. Thetrend of recentyears-an appeal to traditions and sources, a return to national creativity shedlight on almost all areas of art, including the general landscape of jewelry, and gave a newlife. There search material was the products of azerbaijani masters of jewelry (earrings, pendants, zapons, rings and hairclips). The articlere views the products of thebrands ResmJewelry and KhansJewelry. Centuries-oldtraditions of Azerbaijani jewelry art arepassed on from generation to generation, improved and acquired new content. At present, jewelry art continues the traditions of the past: craftsmen study archives and museum exhibits, seriously approach the interpretation of therichnational ornamental-decorative heritage. The Masters, who are the custodians and followers of the ancient traditions of Azerbaijani jewelry art, create decorations in modern techniques, and at the same time revive the ornamental art of Nakhchivan.

The formation of modern art in Azerbaijan, and in particular, museum exhibitions acquired a completely new quality at the beginning of the 21st century and became part of the history of world fine art. Considering the expansion of the functions of the exhibition and the transformation of exhibition activities, there is a need to rethink the role of contemporary art in the formation of the individual and society as a whole. With proper organization of the exhibition space and thoughtful themes of the exhibited works, during the exhibition it is possible to form in visitors an emotional attitude towards the surrounding reality, to stimulate their emotional-imaginative, artistic and cognitive activity. The article examines and analyzes forms of contemporary art, artistic styles and thematic focus using the example of the exhibition ―Voices of Silence‖ by Aidan Salakhova, and notes the social significance and potential opportunities, educational, creative and socio-cultural objectives of contemporary art.
