Arzu Hacıyeva – Fəlsəfə elmləri doktoru, Azərbaycan Milli Elmlər Akademiyasının Fəlsəfə və Sosiologiya İnstitutunun Sosial psixologiya şöbəsinin müdiri. Onun elmi fəaliyyəti fəlsəfə tarixi, hermenevtika və mədəniyyətşünaslıq sahələrində geniş tədqiqatları əhatə edir. Tədqiqat maraqlarının formalaşması Şərq fəlsəfəsində hermenevtikanın öyrənilməsi ilə başlamışdır ki, bu da sonrakı işlər üçün metodoloji əsas qoymuşdur. Əsas istiqamətlərə Nizami Gəncəvinin fəlsəfəsi, Mirzə Kazım bəyin intellektual irsi, Nəriman Nərimanovun fəlsəfi baxışları, həmçinin Azərbaycan və Şərq fəlsəfəsi tarixinin ümumi məsələləri daxildir. Ən əhəmiyyətli əsərlər arasında «Nizami Gəncəvi: hikmətin zirvəsində» (2013) məqaləsi xüsusilə qeyd olunur, burada şair-düşüncəsinin fəlsəfəsi təhlil edilir, onun humanist istiqaməti və aktuallığı vurğulanır; bu nəşr 2 sitat almışdır. Digər əsərlər, məsələn, «Azərbaycan mütəfəkkirləri zamanın kontekstində. Hermenevtik təcrübələr» (2017) və Mirzə Kazım bəy haqqında nəşr seriyası tarixi-fəlsəfi mövzuların dərindən öyrənilməsini nümayiş etdirir. Arzu Hacıyevanın nəşrləri 1993-cü ildən 2023-cü ilə qədər olan dövrü əhatə edir və müxtəlif elmi nəşrlərdə təqdim olunur. Google Scholar məlumatlarına görə, ümumi nəşr sayı 31, sitat sayı – 4, h-index – 2, i10-index – 0-dır.

Translation is essentially a hermeneutic process, inseparable from interpretation, understanding, and rethinking of a text within the framework of another language, worldview, and culture. Its role in expanding cognitive and cultural horizons can hardly be overestimated. This article analyzes two conceptually distinct yet philosophically complementary translation projects—those of Friedrich Schleiermacher and Uzeyir Hajibeyli. Special attention is given to the conception of translation as an intellectual mediation between cultures, as well as a means of dialogue and preservation of otherness. The study highlights the continued relevance of the hermeneutic approach to translation in the context of intercultural communication and the philosophy of understanding.

Academician Ahatanhel Krymsky (1871-1942) is one of the world-class prominent personality of the Oriental Sciences. Scientist was a connoisseur of different fields of Oriental Sciences, Arabic scholar, semitologist, Iranian scholar, turkologist. The scientific researches about the Azerbaijani literature, history and culture have taken special place in his work. He has been founded the Azerbaijan Studies in Ukraine. Most part of the hundreds of articles of Academician which published in the Brockhaus, Efron, and Granat Russian encyclopedias concerning to the Near East and Middle East are belonged to Azerbaijan. He has made the detailed imagination about the literature of Azerbaijan by based to his perennial researches in his private essay which has included to the article named as “History of Turkey and its Literature” publishing in the Granat Encyclopedia in 1931. However, the most precious work of Krymsky’s rich heritage is the fundamental monograph entitled as “Nizami and his contemporaries”. This work which he wrote it by the order of the Azerbaijani branch of USSR Academy of Sciences by related to the preparation of the 800th anniversary of Nizami Ganjavi in 1941 has been able to publish only 40 years later due to the starting of the war and repression of the scientist any more in the 840th anniversary of genius poet in 1981. The biography of the scientist is looked through in the background of strange fate of this latest masterpiece in two: intellectual and existential aspects in the article. There are many examples in the history …
There are many examples in the history of culture, demonstrating the relationship between fiction and science. Among them are examples of world art classics, created in the 20s of the last century, under the influence of gerontology, formed into an independent scientific direction at the end of the XIX -beginning of the XX century. In them, gerontological ideas awakening hope and confidence in victory over old age and belief in the possibility of extending life with the help of science up to hundreds of years are reflected in the prototypes of their creators (S.E.Brown-Sekar, I.I.Mechnikov, P.Bakhmetyev), various symbolic images and interesting fantastic stories. Considering these works, analyzing the important social, philosophical, spiritual, moral and psychological problems raised in them, the author comes to the conclusion that they involve, first of all, a search for an answer to the same age-old question: "what is the meaning of life", but in new thinking, i.e. gerontological key.

Birinci Dünya müharibəsi və onun nəticələri Almaniyada yalnız siyasi və sosial istiqamətlərdə deyil, həmçinin din sahəsində də böhrana səbəb olmuşdu. Teoloq F.Qoqarten 1920-ci ildə qələmə aldığı məqaləsinin başlığına çıxardığı “zamanlar arasında” ifadəsi ilə sözügedən mənəvi-ruhani böhranı səciyyələndirmişdi. “Zamanlar arasında” anlayışı Allahın dərk olunmasında yaranmış böhrandan məyusluğu, eyni zamanda, bu şəraitdən çıxmağa ümidi ehtiva edirdi. Çıxış yolu isə ilahi sözün təfsirini Allah və insan arasında dialoq məcrasına yönəldən dialektik, yaxud böhran teologiyası oldu. Dialektik teologiya liberal teologiyaya reaksiya olaraq yaranmışdı. Bununla da o, protestant teologiyasında yeni qeyri-ortodoksal meyillərin yaranmasına təkan vermiş, teoloji hermenevtikanı ontoloji müstəviyə keçirib onun inkişafını yeni səmtə yönəltmişdir. Academician Ahatanhel Krymsky (1871-1942) is one of the world-class prominent personality of the Oriental Sciences. Scientist was a connoisseur of different fields of Oriental Sciences, Arabic scholar, semitologist, Iranian scholar, turkologist. The scientific researches about the Azerbaijani literature, history and culture have taken special place in his work. He has been founded the Azerbaijan Studies in Ukraine. Most part of the hundreds of articles of Academician which published in the Brockhaus, Efron, and Granat Russian encyclopedias concerning to the Near East and Middle East are belonged to Azerbaijan. He has made the detailed imagination about the literature of Azerbaijan by based to his perennial researches in his private essay which has included to the article named as “History of Turkey and its Literature” publishing in the Granat Encyclopedia in 1931. However, the most precious work of Krymsky’s rich heritage is the fundamental monograph entitled as “Nizami and his contemporaries”. This work which he wrote it by the order of the Azerbaijani branch of USSR Academy of Sciences by related to the preparation of the 800th anniversary of Nizami Ganjavi in 1941 has been able to publish only 40 years later due to the starting of the war and repression of the scientist any more in the 840th anniversary of genius poet in 1981. The biography of the scientist is looked through in the background of strange fate of this latest masterpiece in two: intellectual and existential aspects in the article. There are many examples in the history of culture, demonstrating the relationship between fiction and science. Among them are examples of world art classics, created in the 20s of the last century, under the influence of gerontology, formed into an independent scientific direction at the end of the XIX -beginning of the XX century. In them, gerontological ideas awakening hope and confidence in victory over old age and belief in the possibility of extending life with the help of science up to hundreds of years are reflected in the prototypes of their creators (S.E.Brown-Sekar, I.I.Mechnikov, P.Bakhmetyev), various symbolic images and interesting fantastic stories. Considering these works, analyzing the important social, philosophical, spiritual, moral and psychological problems raised in them, the author comes to the conclusion that they involve, first of all, a search for an answer to the same age-old question: "what is the meaning of life", but in new thinking, i.e. gerontological key.

Among the many issues considered by the theory of the world economy, the problem of foreign capital is one of the most urgent, since the attraction of foreign investment, in particular FDI, can act as the main factor in the structural and technical restructuring of the country's economy. Foreign investment in the country plays an extremely significant role in economic development. In this regard, there is a need to study FDI from the point of view of ensuring sustainable economic development as the main source of economic growth. FDI affects economic competitiveness. In this paper assessment of the impact of foreign direct investment in economic development is carried out by using correlation analysis. To make the necessary calculations for the country the dependence of GDP in Azerbaijan on the dynamics of domestic and foreign investment in fixed assets is determined. It should be noted that the GDP is formed under the influence of a set of conditions and factors. The article reveals the relationship of FDI with the macroeconomic indicators such as GDP, trade liberalization index, export of goods and services of the Azerbaijan Republic. It was found that those indicators are closely related to the value of inward and outward FDI.
