Xatirə Quliyeva Azərbaycan Milli Elmlər Akademiyasının Fəlsəfə və Sosiologiya İnstitutunda Multikulturalizm və tolerantlıq fəlsəfəsi şöbəsinin müdiri vəzifəsində çalışan, fəlsəfə elmləri doktoru elmi dərəcəsinə və dosent elmi adına malik alimdir. Onun elmi fəaliyyəti əsasən süni intellekt fəlsəfəsi, multikulturalizm, Azərbaycançılıq ideologiyası, mədəni dialoq və tarixi tədqiqatlar istiqamətlərində inkişaf etmişdir. Tədqiqatlar konseptual olaraq qlobal elmi proseslərlə milli mədəni dəyərlərin sintezinə yönəlmişdir. 'Lotfi A.Zadeh phenomenon in the development of the world artificial intelligence (AI) system' (2021, 2 sitat) Azərbaycanlı alim Lotfi Zadəhin süni intellekt sisteminə qatqısını qiymətləndirir və beynəlxalq elmi ədəbiyyata inteqrasiyasını vurğulayır. The author traces the artificial intelligence (AI) system from analogous examples of antiquity to its foundation in the 3rd decade of the last century, pays attention to the stages of the emergence and development of Turing’s theory, and also analyzes and evaluates the philosophy of this area using scientific theory and theory. The conclusion drawn from the analysis in the article is based on the author’s subjective conclusions that “artificial intelligence is a useful thing for man and civilization, but it cannot completely replace or destroy the labor consciousness”. The author also draws attention to the differences in the attitude to artificial intelligence, assessing the real situation in this area and concludes that man, as the creator of all scientific and theoretical navigation, can control the field of artificial intelligence by his will. In other words, the development and progress of artificial intelligence began with man and will continue with man. Artificial machines can help people; they cannot replace them. Zadeh, which started in Azerbaijan and ended with his eternity in Azerbaijan. This article is the part monograph of the Author of the article" Lotfi A. Zadeh. Of course, the main part of Lotfi A. Zadeh's" era" passed far away from Azerbaijan-to the United States. After a long break, in 1965, when he came to Russia for a conference, he made a short visit to Azerbaijan. Under the thick layers of 600-year history, new pages of the great thinker were opened, valuable works were written about the stormy life of the poet, the tragic life, rich poetry, philosophy and rhetoric. Thus, the School of Nasimi was established and expanded in Azerbaijan. However, the regional identity of Imadeddin Nasimi has not been clarified yet. This uncertainty is mainly due to the meaning of the poet's nickname. This article examines the national-regional identity of the world-famous Imadeddin Nasimi, the creator of 14th century Azerbaijani poetry. The author evaluates the pseudonym Nasimi both in the essence of the philosophical worldview of the hurufism and as a concept of space. Thus, the author has obtained new scientific-objective results based on various literal sources, coded concepts, which are important as a contribution to world Nasimi studies. In this way, the industrial revolutions, which have been left behind, have reached their current historical level by developing the outlook of mankind—Industrial Revolution 4.0. Artificial intelligence, the most important phenomenon of the modern era in XXI century, and the development of computer creativity, which is an integral part of it, coincides with the First Industrial Revolution. Thus, scientists of the history of modern science appeared in the first decade of the 17th century, and in the twenties of the 19th century, they spread to the whole world. During the Enlightenment period, especially in the years 1600-1850, artificial intelligence in Europe has enriched this field with valuable scientific innovations by benefiting from three important theoretical-methodological experiments. Bu nedenlerle çok çeşitli materyallerden (bitkisel, hayvansal, atıksal vb) elde edilen organik koruyucular üretilmesi devam edegelmektedir. Araştırmada atık çaydan (ISO 1574/TS 1563) esaslarına uyularak doğal boya üretilmiştir. Üretilen organik madde (ASTM 1413-76) esaslarına göre ahşaba vakumlu emprenye işlemine tabi tutulmak suretiyle tutunma özellikleri ve içinde bulunduğu ortamın performansını belirlemek amacıyla da fiziksel özelliklerden biri olan su itici/daralmayı azaltıcı etkenlik oranı (SİO/DAE) tespit edilmiştir. Deney sonuçlarına göre en yüksek toplam retense miktarı kayında (100.65 kg/m3), en düşük ırokoda (31.27 kg/m3) olarak belirlenmiştir. Emprenyeli çay boyasında su itici etkenlik oranı (SİO) en yüksek sarıçamda 72 saat (% 94.67), en düşük ıroko odununda 6 saat (%-5.29); en yüksek daralmayı azaltıcı etkenlik değeri sarıçamda 72 saat (% 84.99), en düşük yine sarıçamda 6 saat (%-13.77) olarak belirlenmiştir. First one is that investor’s psychology can be a barrier to act rationally. The other one is that investor’s arbitrage abilities might be limited for the overpricing situation (Bayar and Kılıç, 2014: 185). In accordance with both topics, financial crisis shall be examined within the scope of behavioral sciences including behavioral finance, behavioral economics and neuroeconomics.Financial crises occur periodically due to various reasons. However, speculative bubbles would be defined as the main reason. A bubble is that the price of an asset rises to a level that is higher than it would be in the absence of the rationality. Furthermore, a rational observer’s forecasting might not be a high short-term ROA (return on the asset) for this price level. For instance, in many discussions on 2008 recession the common idea was that a buuble occurred in real estate industry. After 2006, real estate prices had been increased unsustainably and reached to high levels. Whether a bubble is too swollen it would burst. In this case this price bubble burst and triggered widespread defaults on subprime mortgage. It lowered the value of banks’ subprime-linked holdings.
