Ümumi xülasə (Sİ):
Zülfiyyə İsmayıl Azərbaycan Milli Elmlər Akademiyasının Naxçıvan Bölməsinin Dilçilik şöbəsində elmi katib vəzifəsində çalışır, filologiya üzrə fəlsəfə doktoru elmi dərəcəsi və dosent elmi adına malikdir. Onun elmi fəaliyyəti əsasən Azərbaycan dilinin dialektologiyası, derivatologiyası və folklor dilinin linqvistik təhlilinə həsr olunmuşdur. Tədqiqatların konseptual çərçivəsi Naxçıvan bölgəsinin dialekt və şivələrində tarixi leksik, semantik və sözyaratma proseslərinin sistematik öyrənilməsindən ibarətdir. Əsas və yüksək istinad almış əsərlər arasında Naxçıvan dialektlərində derivasiya proseslərinin inkişaf nöqtələrinə həsr olunmuş məqalə (2024, 6 istinad), mədəni yaddaşın daşıyıcıları kimi bədii ifadələri təhlil edən araşdırma (2025, 5 istinad) və Naxçıvan dialektlərində derivatologiyanın nəzəri problemlərinə dair əsər (2018, 4 istinad) xüsusi diqqətə layiqdir. Bu işlər dialekt materiallarının tədqiqində elmi yenilik təşkil edir və Azərbaycan dilinin tarixi leksikologiyası, dialektologiyası və tədris metodikası üçün praktiki əhəmiyyət daşıyır. Nəşr spektri beynəlxalq indeksli jurnallarda, elmi bazalarda və konfrans materiallarında dərc olunmuş işləri əhatə edir. Linguistic characteristics of paremiological language units in the works of Nagi Nagiyev Philology and Art Studies /N: 2 Zulfiyya Ismayil, Arifa Zeynalova 7 2023 In the article, paremiological language facts in … In the article, paremiological language facts in the work of the prominent writer Nagi Nagiyev are linguistically analyzed. The language of all the writer's stories, whether in his large-scale novels or regardless of their volume, is very rich in paremiological units. The deep thoughts instilled in every word, phrase, and sentence used by the writer are reflected in a very simple, understandable, sincere language. Simplicity, sincerity, naturalness are the characteristic features of his works. Although it is clear how important the problem of typification in the language of images is in the works of Nagi Nagiyev, despite the fact that he refers to the common speech at certain points, a tendency towards literary language norms can be felt in his works. There is no work of Nagi Nagiyev that does not attract attention in terms of linguistic and stylistic features. Forum for Linguistic Studies … book Z Ismayil 8 2024 In linguistics, the study of the characteristics … In linguistics, the study of the characteristics of acquisition of dialects is of particular importance. In particular, the study of dialects based on written and oral literary examples plays an important role for research in this field. Until 1920, Azerbaijani dialects played a fundamental role in the development of the literary language of Azerbaijan. The role of dialects in enriching the lexicon of the literary language is irreplaceable. Thus, dialect words have become the source and base of the lexicon of the literary language. Now this process is going in another direction. In other words, the literary language affects dialects and changes them, creates conditions and grounds for the reduction and disappearance of the expressive function of dialect words. But for now, dialects remain as an independent language unit in the national language. As the literary language affects the dialects, their phonetic, grammatical systems and pronunciation rules also change. They lose their unique features and approach the literary language. The research article deals with the creation of words related to dialects in prose. Word formation of both suffixes is proved by selected examples from the literature. In conclusion, let’s note that word-forming affixes have more stylistic features in works written in spoken language, and their study is important from a philological aspect. Daha çox

Azərbaycan dilində morfoloji yolla söz yaradıcılığı prosesinin öyrənilməsində, qədim sözdüzəldici şəkilçilərin aşkara çıxarılmasında dialekt və şivələrimizin materialları yazılı abidələr qədər mühüm rol oynayır. Belə ki, hər bir dialekt və yaxud şivə araşdırıldıqda səciyyəvi şəkilçilərlə yanaşı, qədim formalar da müəyyən olunmuşdur.. Azərbaycan dilçilik elminin leksikolologiya bölməsinə onomalogiya, semasiologiya, etimologiya və derivatologiya daxildir Derivatologiya demək olar ki, dilçiliyin bütün şöbələri ilə sıx əlaqədardır. Derivatologiya termini Azərbaycan dilçilik elminə ötən əsrin ortalarından daxil olmuşdur. Derivatologiya demək olar ki, Azərbaycan dilçilik elminin dörd sahəsi ilə sıx sürətdə bağlıdır. Bu əsnada qeyd etmək lazımdır ki, derivatologiya leksika, morfologiya və sintaksislə bir başa əlaqədə inkişaf edir. Dildəki bütün sözləri sözyaratma yolu ilə yaranırr. Həmçinin məqalədə derivatologiyanın yəni sözyaratmanın yaranma yollarından bəhs açılır. Azərbaycan dilində başlıca olaraq dörd yolla söz yaradılır: 1) semantik; 2) fonetik; 3) morfoloji və 4) sintaktik yolla. Son illər müxtəlif dillərdə derivatologiya problemləri ilə bağlı yazılan əsərlər bu dilçilik bölməsinin gərəkliliyini bütün aydınlığı ilə göstərdi. Dilin derivatoloji quruluşundakı mexanizmi açmaq, dil sisteminin qədim dövrünə enmək, onun daxili inkişaf tendensiyalarını üzə çıxarmaq imkanına malik olan derivatologiyanın öyrənilməsi Azərbaycan dilçiliyinin qarşısında duran ən aktual problemlərdən biridir. Derivatologiya problemlərinin araşdırılmasından alınan nəticələr, təkcə Azərbaycan dilinin deyil, başqa türk dillərinin tarixinə də yeni baxışla yanaşmağa imkan verir. Türk dilləri sisteminin neçə min il əvvəl aldığı vəziyyətdə pozulmadan davam etməsi və ümumi inkişaf tendensiyaları əsasında bugünkü vəziyyətə gəlib çatması derivatoloji yozumda daha aydın görünür. One of the language phenomena that attracts attention is the issue of variance. These language facts are widely used for analysis. In the dialectal examples that are observed in Nakhchivan's dialects and accents, the ways in which synonyms, homonyms, and antonyms make variance are proved. Thus, the words which are used in Nakhchivan's dialects and accents and are in the variance relations have the same meaning. One does not have any other meaning according to the other. In addition to the words in the synonyms line, the additional meaning shades attract attention. It is understood during the investigation that one of the meaning of these words is disclosed through the other. Hence, these words are the same concepts; they do not have additional meaning. A series of proverbs and sayings from the epic language of the work containing these ancient linguistic peculiarities were selected and compared with similar uses still present in the Nakhchivan dialects. Through exhaustive comparisons, the article shows that the proverbs and sayings collected from the treasure trove of wisdom of "Kitabi-Dade Gorgud" can be classified into 5 main groups: a) rooted in life experiences, b) stemming from natural events, c) originated from family and household dynamics, as well as child-parent relations, d) reflecting attitudes toward animals and e) addressing various life problems and ways of life. In general, it was found that the proverbs and sayings observed in the language of this epic do not differ much from current norms. Using a qualitative design that included a systematic literature review, classroom observations, and instructor interviews, the research identifies communicative language teaching, task-based learning, and digital-media integration as highly effective strategies. The findings highlight that foreign learners encounter significant grammatical, lexical, and phonetic difficulties due to Azerbaijani’s agglutinative structure, complex case system, vowel harmony, and culturally embedded vocabulary. Culture-based instruction is shown to enhance motivation and pragmatic competence, while technology supports pronunciation, vocabulary retention, and autonomous learning. The study concludes that a multimodal, learner-centered approach is essential for improving proficiency and confidence among foreign learners of Azerbaijani. It recommends increased development of Azerbaijani-specific digital resources, standardized teaching materials, and further research on long-term learning outcomes to strengthen instructional effectiveness. This pilot study is a quantitative investigation of the attitudes of Azerbaijani university teachers related to GAI, their adaptations in pedagogy, and the perceived difficulties and support requirements. The information was gathered through an online poll (n=30) in a university with a high level of research. Findings indicate that teachers are aware of the opportunities of GAI to personalize learning and administrative efficiency yet were rated moderately on AI literacy (Mean=3.42) and willingness to apply (Mean=3.21). We conducted a comparative conceptual and empirical analysis of transformer-based language models, integrating probabilistic syntax mapping, high-dimensional embedding evaluation, and discourse-level context assessment. Data were systematically analyzed from large-scale corpora across multiple AI architectures to quantify emergent structural and semantic patterns. The results showed that syntactic regularities emerged probabilistically, with graded grammatical acceptability exceeding 85% coherence across complex sentence structures. Semantic relationships were distributional, maintaining 78–92% contextual similarity without referential grounding. Pragmatic adaptation occurred algorithmically across 1,000 discourse simulations, while acquisition was fully data-dependent, revealing alternative pathways to functional competence. AI-generated language diverged from human hierarchical grammar yet preserved operational effectiveness. These findings demonstrate that AI systems embody autonomous, non-biological linguistic competence, challenging classical assumptions of grammaticality, meaning, and acquisition. This study aims to compare the implementation of education service quality assurance in Azerbaijan, Vietnam, and Indonesia, focusing on QA frameworks, governance, institutional capacity, challenges, and outcomes. A qualitative comparative research design was employed using thematic analysis of secondary data sources, guided by purposive sampling. The findings reveal that all three countries demonstrate convergence toward internationally aligned QA systems; however, variations exist in implementation due to differences in governance structures, policy influence, institutional readiness, and quality culture. Vietnam shows the most balanced and effective implementation, driven by strong state support and increasing autonomy, while Indonesia faces challenges related to resource limitations and a quality culture despite having a comprehensive framework. Azerbaijan exhibits strong external alignment but limited internal QA maturity. The study concludes that effective QA implementation requires integration of policy alignment, institutional capacity, and continuous improvement practices rather than reliance on compliance alone. It is recommended that policymakers strengthen institutional capacity and promote quality culture, while future research should expand comparative scope and methodological approaches. Daha çox
