Şəbnəm Mirzəzadə Azərbaycan Milli Elmlər Akademiyasının Nizami Gəncəvi adına Ədəbiyyat İnstitutunun Azərbaycan-Türkmənistan-Özbəkistan ədəbi əlaqələr şöbəsində kiçik elmi işçi vəzifəsində çalışır və elmi dərəcəsi və ya elmi adı yoxdur. Onun elmi fəaliyyəti əsasən Türk xalqlarının maarifçilik hərəkatları, ədəbi tarixi və mədəni əlaqələrinə yönəlmişdir. Google Scholar göstəricilərinə görə, dörd elmi nəşri mövcuddur, lakin h-index, i10-index və sitat sayı sıfır olduğundan, bu nəşrlərin beynəlxalq görünürlüyü və sitat təsiri hələ məhduddur. AMEA DərgiPark-da isə iki nəşri qeyd olunub ki, bu da onun əsasən yerli elmi mühitdə fəaliyyət göstərdiyini göstərir. Nəşrlərin çoxu 2020-2022-ci illərdə çap olunub, bu da yeni tədqiqatçı kimi fəal nəşr dinamikasını əks etdirir. Elmi fəaliyyətinin miqyası hələ erkən mərhələdədir, lakin Türk ədəbiyyatı və mədəniyyəti sahəsində müntəzəm töhfələr verməkdədir.

Novels play an important role in the multifaceted work of Abdullah Gadiri, a prominent figure in Jadid literature of the 20th century. The writer enriched the Turkestan literature of he 20th century with his prose works and novels, and had exceptional services in the development of the people and the education of the nation. The novels written in the 1920s–“Days gone by” and “Scorpion in the Pulpit”–depict the bitter scenes of the period as a whole. The writer reflects the period of khanates in the 19th century, the period he lived, shortcomings of the people, as well as the state. The novels written by Abdullah Gadiri not only reflected the period of khanates, social, political, economic, material and spiritual problems of this period, but also proved the writer’s artistic qualities and the power of his talent. The novels “Days gone by” and “Scorpion in the Pulpit” written on a historical theme, combining the main features of this genre, led to the unity of art and history in the work. The writer took into account the standards that meet the requirements of the genre, and described the life struggle of the characters in the course of historical events. The article deals with the theoretical issues of both novels written by Abdullah Gadiri–writer’s imagination, skill, style, genre features, artistic language and style features, content, unity of form, world of images, character, type etc. highlighted and analyzed. The article provides a comprehensive theoretical analysis of both novels and clarifies the problematic issues related to the novel. The article studies the enlightenment and its formation and development of as a literary movement, and defines the role of the intellectual I. Gaspirali who is distinguished by his exceptional services, innovative spirit and activity in the history of all-Turkic literature. The enlightenment movement, which emerged in the 19th century and developed in different directions over a century, led to the emergence of a strong literary and cultural environment in the early 20th century. I. Gaspirali, who undertook the historical mission of uniting each of the Turkic-speaking peoples, divided and deprived of their rights since the beginning of the 19th century, around the common religion, aim and language stimulated to the determination, self-assertion and development of the Turkic-speaking peoples. The successive literary and cultural processes that happened in the second half of the 19th century were the greatest success of the literature of all-Turkic peoples. The article deals with the first newspaper publication in the history of literature and culture of the Turkic peoples and the press, magazine publishing, new type-modern schools, etc. created under its influence. Historical events such as trying to find solution to save the people from ignorance by uniting around the movement of “enlightenment”, the unification of the Turkic peoples around the slogan of Ismail Gaspirali–“unity in language, thought and action” and defining the eternal formula of Turkism and the facts are the basis of the article.
